I found these guys fabulous. I forgot to write down the tracking number so I emailed them on the 2/5/23 and David Stokes replied very promptly. My mother received her copy of her birth certificate on the 27/5/23 in New Zealand. Very happy with the communication and the service overall.. Thank you!

Really happy with my communication and service with UKOR! Had great support from David Stokes when I was worrying about whether my order would be returned in time before I leave the country and he gave me all the information I needed to be calm and collected knowing it will be here! The service is simple to use in my eyes and I will definitely use them again if I require anymore documents!

SCAM. UK Online records stole £40 from me for my fathers brith certificate and it never arrived. i am an idiot but they are thieves! UK Gov website ONLY its £11. Live and learn.

I received clear and concise information. The documents were returned on time.

This company is a scam paid 51.00 pound for my. Birth certificate because they promised 2 working days I'm still waiting a .month later .I have tried ringing the help number but always engaged this is def a scam Company they emailed me and said its not down to them if I havent received it please do not use this company I lost a job because they wad waiting to long for my birth certificate and I'm now 51.00 Down that I havent got to waste .I wish Iooked at reviews before I went with this scam company

Excellent communication and concern.

Paid for certificate which has not been received six months later. Applied for cash back and later received a letter from this company threatening CCJ if I did not pay administration costs and repay cash back charges. I refused, duly submitted all relevant documents to the court, and attended court at the allocated time. This company did not send any representation and the case was struck out. Having read previous reviews, this appears to be the tactics; threatening customers with CCJ. My advice, do not be intimated, go to court and counter claim.

In the past I have ordered two birth certificates from this company and have found them very helpful.
And the website is straight forward and simple, very helpful if you cannot name your birth father, which can still be to some a sensitive subject, they have also gave me help when I could not remember my mother's maiden name. I found this to be a very authenticating experience, especially when I
compared it accuracy and detail to the original that I later found some months later at home. Which is more than I can say for the uk.gov site in such issues.

Another hampering issue with the large for-mentiioned popular uk.gov is they demanded a GRO ref number
which is not technically convenient if you were born in 1971.
An issue I did not have with UK Official Records.

I feel this company has a real sense of human administration I do not believe to be common amongst other companies performing the same service.

Although they are not the cheapest they certainly are not expensive.

No refund .99 is not a lot but

Emma and Mr. Stokes were very helpful and courteous. Their customer service skills are superb. It was a delight to speak with Emma and I called her like 5 times. Mr. Stokes was very responsive to all my emails. They exhibited patience and never showed any indication that they were frustrated or tired of assisting. We communicated back and forth from November 11, 2022 to November 25, 2022. The process itself with obtaining the documents we needed was pretty seamless because of them. Renee H.

These are a scam company birth certificates cost £11 from the uk government, this company is not an official records organisation. There is no such thing. You'll probably get your certificate but it will cost you 4 times as much. Just contact the county office of the county you were born in.

SCAM company. Ordered a birth cert and then realised it was double the price of the OFFICIAL UK Hov site. Having paid through PayPal I raised a complaint and told this company to cancel. They said they couldn't? On the same day? They then sent document and in the meantime paypal found in my favour and refunded the payment. Being honest I returned the money to the company as I did receive the cert. I have now received a small claims court notice for the £12 paypal fee! They are trying to claim back £143!! This will mean a ccj will go against me despite me having paid it to them. They now won't return emails and never seem to ve available on the phone so I now have to go to court for something I've paid

Really annoyed with myself for falling for this. I too thought I was in the official .gov website until it was too late!

Absolutely NOT a scam! I ordered a birth certificate 3 weeks ago, it arrived today, very friendly service, cannot fault this company and find it strange that there are such bad reviews

I ordered and paid £104 for a copy of my decree absolute on the 13 January, with recorded delivery. Phoned 2 months later, was told having problem as its an old one(1966). Have tried putting the reference number in and it won't accept it. Sent messages and had no reply.Very frustrating. What's going on,!!!

I'm really satisfied of the service, i got really fast a decree absolute and a birth certificate too.
It's really easy to get in touch via phone or email as they even sent me a pdf copy.
