I work for a UK Register office. This company is simply drop-shipping certificates and inflating the price. The General Register Office or your local Courts will do exactly the same job, securely, for the statutory fee.

Absolutely shocking service !! I have waited over 3 months for a copy of my Decree absolute. Every time I have rang to enquire about what is going on, I have been given several different answers. The woman I speak to every single time (seriously doubting they have more employees) hasn't got a clue what she is talking about. She doesn't know what is written on the site "decree absolutes can take up to 35 working days", and obviously just chats bubbles to customers on the phone. I asked to speak to a different agents or management, she put me on hold for a few minutes, then told me that everyone is on lunch, so I said I would call back within the hour only for her to say "we close in a few minutes".

Don't bother with this company at all as you will be messed around and lied to!!! This company is someone working from their kitchen table and charging people for sitting on their arsed.

Fantastic!!! Ordered a birth certificate using the priority service as I needed it for my passport ASAP and it came two days later . Would definitely recommend.

Was concerned when I read some reviews after I ordered a replacement birth certificate. Paid for ten day delivery but arrived in nine. So all good...

Was worried as didn’t realise it was a third party site when ordering. Waited 2 months for certificate and apostille however this delay was probably covid related. Spoke to David. He was very helpful and reassuring. Very grateful and relieved all worked out in the end.

Ordered an express copy UK birth certificate. I live in Ireland and 89.95 GBP for an express service 3 weeks later no communication, no certificate.
Ordered again through GRO. GOV. UK 38 GBP for express service, perfect.
Rip off merchant don't touch people. Let's get together and put them out of business. Ignore any review more than one star they are fake.

I. Thought this was a legit government site I paid $358 for a copy of my divorce papers I live in the US. After 7 months and many emails later nothing same excuse from a guy called Stephen they are located need to chase up the archive team blah blah blah. I finally called my credit card company for a fraudulent charge. DO NOT USE

Given the majority of 1 star ratings on this site raises doubts about whether the 5 star ones are real! This organisation seems to operate on the borderline between a scam and a real business which is probably why they are able to continue to trade. I submitted an application for a birth certificate and was charged over £40.00. I didn't receive a confirmation of the transaction, and neither did I receive the certificate after waiting 3 months. After several attempts to make contact I was eventually informed that the business was having problems due to being hacked. However during the time that business was allegedly suspended, several 5 star ratings appeared by satisfied customers? After eventually receiving a confirmation number months later, I then requested a refund because the latest excuse for non-delivery of the certificate was Covid!! The refund was less than 1/3 of what I had paid and with no explanation or courtesy e-mail. I tend to concur with all the other people who have given this company the lowest rating - avoid them and go directly to the government website!

I live in Czech Republic and needed to get a copy of my lost certificate. Process was extremely quick and smooth. All communication was responded to very quickly and efficiently. Would reccomend.

I ordered and paid £11 for a copy of my Dad's birth Certificate with the correct dates, and reference numbers taken from the FreeBMD website recommended by the General Register Office.
7 days later I was sent a refund of £7 ('less £4 administrative costs') because the record can not be found.

There is no helpline or way of contacting the GRO without paying an additional fee.

Great service and definitely not a scam I needed a copy of my marriage and birth certificate tried GOV Uk due to Covid backlog couldn’t do it ordered from Uk official records received both within 9 days anyone thinking its a scam site it most definitely isn’t

Great service at a fair price, great communication throughout and time was fair during these difficult times!

They got the job done exactly as I needed (Appostilled divorce certificate.) some comments say they are expensive compared to going direct to authorities, of course they cost more! This company is an agent and you pay for support and convenience…

I needed the I.D urgently for starting a new job, and you delivered promptly, in time. I emailed on 'Day 1' asking if you could update me on progress and they quickly replied with an informative and helpful email.

I had to apply for copies of a marriage certificate, divorce absolute and a birth certificate. As we live in South Africa, it was a challenge to be able to receive these documents via the South African Post Office, which is almost out of business. These documents were needed for an Immigration Visa to the USA so were crucial. After many weeks of not receiving them, I got in touch with Mr David Stokes who did all he could to help me. He was able to send me scanned copies which I was able to submit to the American authorities until I waited for the originals to arrive. I'm very happy to say that they all eventually arrived but I will be ever grateful to Mr Stokes for his time and understanding. He provided me with an excellent service. Mr & Mrs AE Diffey

Great service. Ordered the express service for a birth certificate with an apostille stamp. Arrived on time and as ordered.

Do Not Use this Company. I have paid for an express delivery of a birth certificate to a specified delivery address where I’d know I would be for the delivery of the document. They have sent it to my billing address and refuse to either send me a replacement certificate or refund my monies. Terrible customer service.

Service couldn’t have been better; I was relying on a document being stamped and sent off on a short deadline (which they did) and I was kept abreast of what was happening all through the process. Very happy.

Easy webpage to complete, follow up email to check details and birth certificate arrived within time promised. Good experience.
