The worst customer service I have experienced with any organisation. Even for the cheap prices, it is not worth it. An motherboard I purchased was damaged, I suspect that it had been purchased by another customer, damaged, then returned with no inspection and sold to me. It has been gone for 32 days and the only contact with Umart is through phone calls and email to an overseas call centre who provide the standard "our team is working hard on it" response. There has been no real response or action from Umart in 32 days. Like I said - take your money else where.

I have been a customer of Umart for a number of years. I have always had good experiences with prices and quick dispatch/pickup. Recently, I had an issue with a defective monitor out of the box. The process of getting it sorted was straight forward, with excellent communication and customer support/service from Umart throughout. The problem was sorted with a replacement, and the whole thing was quite stress free. I have always appreciated their prices along with quick and easy pickup, but this is the first time I had an issue with a product, and they handled it in an extremely satisfactory manner. This kind of post-purchase support goes a long way, and it will definitely keep me coming back for years to come.

I have recently been made aware of Umart Online and have purchased several items in the past few days. The prices are so much cheaper than in your typical stores, and the service they provide is prompt and personable. I have had two issues with my purchases (both MY fault) which were rectified immediately by Umart staff. I will definitely be using them for all of my tech requirements from now on.

Since they have gone satellite setup when all stock off site and the system show complt3 when items still have been picked and not been able to call the store dropped by the store 4.5 after order placed and then find out that there system failed and order still has nit been picked but there call centre says that it is transferred to the store

Darien assisted me with my custom PC order and made a suggestion that was more suitable for my build. The response time was also very fast. Thanks Darien!

Customer service was fantastic even though I changed my order and requested tech info more than once. Kudos especially for Sam.

Customer service is very good, Ara helped me and took no longer than 5 minutes to help me.

Exceptionally poor customer service. Not only was an attempt to contact the company to change an order unsuccessful but an attempt to return unused goods was unsuccessful. I will not shop with them again as there are other alternatives that provide better service.

Maria was very understanding and co-operative with my matter. She went above and beyond with assisting anyway she could. I was a bit upfront but she was very nice and understanding. Honestly most patient and kind customer service I’ve had in a long time.

I purchased a pre build PC from Umart, within 1 month it stopped working. I returned it and 3 weeks later it was sent back, having had the ram replaced. 1 Month later I noticed it was running slow in a game i'd purchased. After checking my system specs, the ram was only showing half what it should have been, I'll give them the benefit of doubt here and say they must has check it after they got it back from the manufactuer but who knows. After contacting Umart and explaining that one of these sticks was faulty they tell me they need the entire machine back and cannot just give a replacement stick (which they sell). If I'd purchased a car and if was faulty i'd go back to the dealer and the dealer would sort the issue they wouldnt be sending my car to the factory to get fixed. I've shopped with Umart for over 10 years, I will no longer buy from them. If I could give negative ratings I would. Pathetic

I made a purchase online for $2,999 for a new graphics card. When I placed the order the website gave a generic error message and indicated that my order was cancelled. I checked my online account and indeed it showed a cancelled order.
I saw that a pending transaction on my credit card was made for that same amount. The Umart website indicated that if an order does not go through this transaction should disappear after a couple of days.

However a few days later (while I am still without the product I purchased) the transaction is no longer pending but instead the money has been taken out of my account. I contacted Umart multiple times but each time they allege to have not charged me anything. They didn't seem to put any effort into investigating - I guess spending thousands of dollars isn't worthy of customer service from them.

So I have had to raise a chargeback with my bank, which means I am wasting even more time getting back my money, and it means I cannot buy what I want until it goes through (who knows how long that will take).

They got onto my problem straight away and were very helpful

Have been using Umart for some time as selection of products and prices is good and they look after their customers

Refused to refund me for a gaming headset thats left speaker doesnt work under law they are required to refund or replace not send away for assessment? The guy in the store plugged them in and assessed its broken

She was very nice as I had just bought my pc and was nervous and got my email wrong but I couldn’t change it on the website so I called and she quickly understood what had happen and help me change my email which only took about 2 minutes
