I have relied onVCita for over 5 years. Love the easy of scheduling and sending estimate's and invoices that can be approved, deposits and final payment etc. Integrates with QuickBooks and really makes my small business look professional.

several years ago, I implemented using vcita CRM, scheduling and invoicing all in one platform and it completely raised the bar and transformed my business operations. I became automated and was able to not only take control of my business but my time and the cost was affordable and 1 case completely covered that.. best money I ever spent and best decision I ever made for my business!

I have had VCita for several years, it keeps my schedule organized. It does all my bookings and works seamlessly with my website. I don't have to worry about figuring out the time zone that someone lives in, and their availability or recall I have another appointment at the same time. It's all in there and done. As changes occur it's easy to enter the change in and not worry. Promotions and newsletters can be done through VCita. They keep adding more bells and whistles since I've had the app.

I have been pleased with Vcita. The only complaint I have is the inability to book a couples session and not have the cost for the session appear in both partners' notification

I admit it has taken me a while to get the whole system rolling, but I feel I've grown WITH vCita. As they come up with new features, I've started utilizing them more & integrating other parts. During COVID, I really found it to be most beneficial w contactless payments, easy client scheduling, and ability to differentiate my locations & services. Customer service has been responsive, even hopping on Zoom chats when they can't figure out what's happening on my end.

I love Vcita. The platform allows me to document my interactions with clients, create invoices, offer coupons and discounts, send SMS and email marketing, and even allows for scheduling options. It's a one-stop shop for small businesses.

Easy to use. Can keep notes about clients. Easy for clients to use. Reasonable price. Couldn't fault it.

I love having the ability for my whole team to be on here, so I can easily transfer clients from one professional to another. I also love the fact that the conversation box serves as a text message style service to help the clients feel like they can contact me easily. I've been using Vcita for over 2 years now!

I have used many CRMs in my 25+ years of practice, vCita has been the perfect match for my needs. It looks great, it is easy to use, and it makes everything flow easily and nicely from the website to the backend. Collecting payments, booking appointments, confirming appointments automatically, reducing cancelations and no-shows, and automated campaigns to follow up with clients and/or activate dormant clients, inviting them to return. The overall is a 4.9 for me. Small things are missing, like the ability to sell items, not just services, opening time slots if an appointment is completed ahead of time, and auto-translation of the users' front end. In practice, what is missing is very, very small compared to the value I get with the sum of all current features.

Vcita saves me time since I can acquire, message, manage, and bill my clients all from one portal.

THey have a wonderful new sysytem where you can schedule one on one support. I did it and it was very helpful.

I also got an email today from them and their "business partner," McAfee. It basically said I was going to be charged 399.99 for my subscription fee. The problem is I have not used McAfee for over ten years! While the email looked flashy and slick, it still set up a lot of red flags!

They support the use of their service to be used by scammers that do phishing attacks to try to steal money by impersonating businesses payment page.

When you report an issue of receiving email phishing attacks like this from a user at their website, they tell you to just click unsubscribe to the phishing email that originates and lands at their vcita website.
