Mobile payment error that they blame on a customer instead of fixing
The chocolate itself is ok but the customer service is trash. I tried making an order from Mobile. Used a working credit card and got an error message. Used another credit card and got the same error. I then tried paying through Paypal, there was another error message. So I wrote their customer service and sent a screenshot. Today I was able to use one of my credit cards for an Amazon order and also Paypal to send money to a friend. No issue with those. Then Venchi customer service rep reached out and said "you are getting that error because there are not enough funds in your account". Like, are you kidding me?!! This is such a dismissive behavior on their side, they didn't even try to research the error, which is clearly not with my ways of payment. Mistakes happen but when a company can't even admit they messed up, this is when I recommend everyone not deal with these people.

Worst fulfillment process ever
I love the chocolate and usually keep a supply on hand. Because I was sick, I ordered online from us.venchi.com. There is no phone number on the site and my email queries have gone unanswered. The site says my order shipped; UPS says they created the label 4-5 days ago but haven’t received the goods from Venchi yet.

I contacted Venchi customer care about a misunderstanding that arose in one of its shops. Nothing major. But the Customer Care team reacted quickly and generously and now I am an even bigger Venchi fan!

Delicious Chocolates and Ice Cream, Impeccable Service
We recently visited Carnaby to enjoy the Christmas lights, and my daughter, drawn to the charming aesthetic of Venchi, decided to treat herself to some ice cream. While capturing the perfect selfie, she accidentally dropped it. When she went back in to buy another one and explained what happened, Amrutha, a member of the Venchi replaced the ice cream for free. This thoughtful gesture truly made my daughter delighted.
I’m writing this review not just for the free ice cream but to recognise the outstanding customer service we received, particularly from Amruta. She took the time to patiently explain the products, the membership options, and even shared which items were the best sellers, all while making us feel genuinely welcome. It’s experiences like these that make a place memorable and worth returning to—not only for Venchi’s delicious ice cream and chocolates but also for the warm, attentive service which was given by Amrutha.

Sono andato al Franciacorta e vedendo il negozio Venchi ho subito avuto voglia di cioccolata con panna.... Quanto mai servita in un bicchierino di carta modello sagra o MC Donald's mi è passata la passione e non l'ho neanche gustata eppure avevano bicchieri, tazze e quant' altro e alla mia richiesta d'averla in una tazza di vetro la risposta è stata chiusa NOI LO SERVIAMO COSI bene IO NON VERRÒ PIÙ ma non solo in quel negozio ma da Venchi che fino a quel momento era il mio riferimento per il cioccolato e affini.

There is nothing better than the most genuine and brilliant customer service! If you are in Battersea Power Station (London) make sure you ask for Samuele (Italian). His customer service was spot on from the moment he greeted us. He helped us with creating our bespoke advent calendar (waw), offered to try their chocolate and advised us to sign up to their loyalty program so we actually got a very good value at the end! Non posso giudicare i loro prodotti in quanto volendoli provare tramite il bonus di Eni il loro sito si è rivelato assolutamente inefficiente a recepire lo sconto richiesto. Inoltre segnalo che i prodotti con lo sconto erano terminati dopo appena 4 giorni dalla possibilità di richiederli.
Secondo la mia opinione dovrebbero,prima di fare brutte figure col loro sito, verificare la funzionalità del sito e regolarsi di conseguenza.
Aggiungo che le indicazioni del loro customer sono state un inutile ulteriore perdita di tempo.

Ottima cioccolata e ideale per spedizioni estere
Ottima cioccolata e buoni prezzi per acquisti online. Ho fatto un'ordine per spedizione estera da recapitare su isola di Mykonos, ho avuto possibilità di inserire biglietto d'auguri, e di monitorare spedizione con tracking corriere, ed in circa una settimana il destinatario ha ricevuto consegna. Ottimo servizio di assistenza online Servizio Clienti Customer, cordiali e disponibili nel rispondere alle mie richieste e seguire la consegna. Unica nota il contatto telefonico per assistenza acquisti spediti in Europa non era raggiungibile, ma per email ho riuscito ad avere assistenza per l'ordine effettuato. Consigliatissimo.

I prodotti sono troppo dolci, non si sente altro gusto, prevale lo zucchero.

Completely melted product upon receipt.
Ordered venchi chocolate from amazon to texas. received product that is COMPLETELY melted. This is not right to receive product like this. I can't even get a refund from amazon for this, it is not right.
You guys need to look into using dry ice. One small ice pack is going to do absolutely nothing to keep your product cool. Come on.

Nei nostri negozi offriamo una vasta gamma di formati di gelato, riportati nei nostri menù, tra cui il formato "Piccolo", "Regolare" e "Grande", appositamente pensati per soddisfare le diverse esigenze dei nostri clienti. Le nostre porzioni sono in linea con l'offerta del mercato: il nostro gelato Piccolo ha un peso medio di 120g, fino ad arrivare al Grande con un peso medio di 200g.
Per noi, garantire una qualità e un gusto ottimale è prioritario. Il nostro gelato è prodotto fresco ogni giorno nei nostri laboratori, senza aromi, emulsionanti né coloranti. E' proprio la qualità dei nostri ingredienti che determina infatti l'aspetto del nostro gelato: meno gonfio e voluminoso di quanto possiamo essere abituati a trovare ma qualitativo, avendo meno aria al suo interno.
Saremmo felici di accoglierla nuovamente nel nostro negozio per gustare nuovamente i nostri gelati e vivere un'esperienza migliore.
