The online purchase is quite easy, you can choose your delivery date, and you are really delivered on that date. Moreover, you are informed almost in real time about the time of arrival.

Sofa was as described, very comfortabel and delivered within 10 days (with SMS notification) - very satisfied

They send us an email to select a delivery date and defined time periode. The first time they did not deliver at all and the second time they delivered 2 hours after the selected time periode.

Je m'étais fait livrer un canapé et les livreurs n'ont même pas souhaité sortir les cartons de leurs camion et ont prétexté que cela ne passerait pas dans les escaliers, sans même avoir essayé ! Désolé mais pour moi je n'ai pas à payer la prestation de livraison car elle n'a pas été effectuée... après avoir appelé et relancé plus d'une dizaine de fois en attendant une réponse par email toujours rien je suis forcée d'écrire cet avis pour un sujet qui date de plusieurs mois maintenant. Je pense qu'ils attendent que les clients abandonnent et renoncent, jamais la même personne ne décroche au SAV, il faut réexpliquer le problème à chaque fois, on est redirigé sans cesse d'un service à l'autre. Même un avoir aurait été correct car nous souhaitions avec mon conjoint commander à nouveau, mais rien (et on parle de moins de 100€!)

The product is good quality, but I got a wrong table base and now it last already one week and I didn't got the new one yet. And the delivery service is horrible. You can chose a morning or afternoon slot but they came not at the time they supposed to. So that I had to stay all day long at home to wait for my package until 19h.

Quick delivery, good service and value for money.

Products were damaged, installation was paied but the people that delivered said they do not want to do it, they do not know how to do it and they left. One piece of furniture was installed wrong. Call center in Vente-Unique said they cannot do anything in the same day.

The confirmation mail stated that both pieces I had bought would be delivered and assembled. At the moment of delivery, I have discovered that only one would be assembled. Misleading information in the confirmation mail. I will never again buy anything on this page.

I just wanna ask, how could people without skills to install those furniture by themselves? It’s mission impossible! They charged for assembly service but only help to assemble one piece of all the furniture you ordered, and left the others there, i was so confused how could human beings do this? The Europeans are crazy, every single piece of furniture should be installed by customers, the manufacturers are training people to be skilled workers? They just delivered you hundreds of wooden pieces with numerous small tools, and the quality is poor, for me it’s okay as I’ll just use it for 3 years at most, but for this quality, it’s unavoidable of damages while assembling.

I totally unsatisfied! I bought items om 31 of march and till date the delivery has not successfully reached my place!!!
No one has an accurate reason!

We really love and enjoy the products from vente-unique, unfortunately the external delivery company they use it is a nightmare and we will hold back in the future to order from vente-unique because of this reason.
They ask you to provide a time of delivery. They never respect that. They are rude and handle packages improperly.
If we have delivery scheduled at the front door, they ask you to go to the truck to pick it up (200 mt!)
Once we paid delivery at the floor and they refused to do that, as they were tired and they left the products blocking the entrance of the building.
Unfortunately even if I like vente-unique, I am unlikely to order again until they don't change their deliveries.
