Shower cabin
Just purchased a shower cabin from Vidalux and I have to say that from ordering through to delivery it has been such a seamless process.
Shower cabins are delivered on a pallet, massively protected to prevent any damage and to a convenient location on your property (access permitting), by professional, accomodating staff.
Ordering was really straightforward with a wide choice of delivery options and
follow up after purchase has been excellent, Vidalux really do appear to value your custom.
Thankyou for an a quality, competitively priced product 😊

Well packaged. Easy to put together. And it’s just amazing. Im so happy with it. Managed to get it in the sale which is always a bonus but with the quality, I would have been happy to pay full price. They kept in contact from the minute I made my purchase right up until delivery.

Great service but product not completely up to expectations
The ordering was top notch, the delivery ok. However, the putting together of the sauna was stressful as the parts didn't always align. The bench came with a small section that had fallen out, as the nails were not hammered in straight. One of the brackets that clip the sides together was screwed in slightly behind the line it should have been screwed in on, so closing said bracket was a complete mission. It took 2 of us 4 hours to put the sauna together with literal blood (from a chipped piece of plywood), sweat and tears. The guy in the YouTube demo video clearly had a lightweight, precision-engineered demo model that just slotted into place, taking a mere 10 mins to put together, because the reality just isn't the same. They also don't give any instructions on how to put the handles on. While the overall look is great, one cannot look too closely at the finishes because they are clearly machine assembled and not quality checked. Lots of chips everywhere. I'm both excited by our new sauna but also slightly disappointed as well, because we saved up so long to get this for my chronic health conditions.

Dear Customer
Sorry to hear of this concern. Whilst we do have individual service videos, such as the construction of the door handle. I suspect that you have now moved beyond this stage.
I've spoken to the team here, and they mention that they have not received any calls, emails or other reports of any concerns. The build of a sauna should indeed and always does take approximately ten minutes and I'm sorry to hear that this was not the case for you.
Again, my apologies that not everything went perfectly, I've asked customer services to reach out to you to see if there's anything we can do to rectify the issues you have faced and put things right in regards to the troubles you have come across.
Kind regards,
Vidalux 2 person sauna
Purchased a Vidalux 2 person sauna, sauna arrived well packaged on arranged day right up to my front door. Very straight forward to simply click all sides into place and it was done.
We absolutely love the sauna, very well built easy to use and the best way to relax at the end of the day. Also, wow! What a relaxing sleep I have when I have an evening sauna.
Perfect service thank you!
