Absolutely brilliant service from Viking Surveyors. The survey was extremely thorough and worth every penny spent on a Level 3 survey.
Thanks to their detailed assessment, I avoided buying a property that would have required around a lot of remedial work to put right. Their expertise potentially saved me from making a very costly mistake.

I thought the survey was thorough, particularly comparing with another recent survey, that was more expensive and not as useful. I would use Viking Surveyors again. The property gets surveyed, you get a digital report, no phone call to follow up unless you want one. If you like to speak to a person, they offer time, but it's more of a digital service.

We used Viking surveyors for a RICS Level 3 survey on the property we are in the process of purchasing. The process, from start to end, was seamless and dealt with efficiently. There were no issues booking the survey in and no delay in receiving the report. Any communication we had with Viking was excellent and no delays in replies. We would recommend if you want a property survey carried out.

Excellent experience with Viking Surveyors. The turnaround time on the report was fast (just one day!), which really helped keep the process moving smoothly. Very detailed report by Ed, shared a lot of information about the structure of the property, honest and good fair assessments, the report gave us a very good indication the the property and has allowed us to raise additional queries. Well worth the money!

This is the third time I've used them as they're very detailed with their reports and their prices are very competitive as well. Only thing I'd say is I feel the timeframe given for sending the report back is quite long, and they don't send it any sooner than what they put on the email, so I'd look into improving timings on that sense. Other than that, they do a great job.
