Viking Surveyors carried out a level 2 House Buyer report on the property I was in the process of buying and which I have since moved into! Thanks to their highly professional, detailed, easy to follow and helpful report, I had the recommended electric and asbestos surveys carried out. Their communication was excellent every step of the way. I absolutely highly recommend Viking Surveyors should anyone need a house buyers survey!

Complete waste of money. Paid for level 3 survey and all I got is a guy with a moisture reader saying that some walls are above average and that the windows look square to the eye... doh'. I also asked them to check for the roof on my quote and they didn't.

He also refused to have a follow-up call after I tried call him 3 times. He played dumb.

I guess they just outsource people but anyway, it feels like they are not prepared for this. It's just random guys filling out a PDF.

Maybe there are good surveyours out there, but this one... I rather suggest to get a builder with experience to check it out.

We have a great experience using viking surveyors, it's extremely detailed with a lot of key points we wouldn't have thought about without your knowledge.

The survey came through within the timescale provided and it was very clear and easy to understand.

The Viking Surveyors team were really efficient; a survey was booked the day after our referral. An agent called us to explain the process for the survey and took down any specific concerns we had. The final report was really comprehensive and should allow a renegotiation in our purchase price based on the findings from the survey.
My only observation is that the Moving Portal is a little over the top. We received regular messages about the progress of the survey and the final report was sent via email, so we didn’t actually use the portal.

I had a very good experience getting a full structural survey from Viking Surveyors. Customer service was friendly and helpful throughout the process. The survey was booked and done quickly and the information given was transparent and accessible. The traffic light system that is used helped me to understand priorities and major concerns. All follow up questions I had were answered with patience and kindness. Would definitely use this firm again!

We had an excellent experience with Viking Surveyors. We got a level 3 building survey done and found them to be organised, trustworthy and fairly priced. Our surveyor, Ollie, put together a comprehensive report and was happy to answer any questions we had in that regard. Definitely recommend.

Accurate report with sound advice - saved us alot of heart ache!

Such a smooth, easy process and regular communication throughout. Would definitely recommmend.

Very positive experience from start to finish. Shazna was great at booking us in and then we had a good surveyor who visited quickly and provided a report and a helpful conversation on the phone to answer our questions. We paid extra for the drone survey which provided some helpful photos to plan for roof repairs. Unfortunately the purchase didn't complete and we had to move onto another place, but we're grateful to Viking Surveyors for the help along the way.

Laura was friendly, professional and answered all my queries. The level 3 RICS survey was worth the money and bought up matters I’d not thought of. In-depth report sent to us after the survey.

Viking provided a good price and customer service and from a layman's eye the report seemed comprehensive and clearly explained. They worked well with the estate agent to arrange access and make it easy for the customer.

Giving 4 stars as the report came back a couple days later than anticipated, though this was during Easter holidays so can understand delays.

A lovely company who were recommended to us by a friend, and I would 100% recommend them forward. We have had two surveys done with Vikings and they have been really efficient, clear and lovely to deal with, always explaining the process and findings clearly. They turned our second survey around especially quickly which was so useful. They're always able to talk things through with you and their prices are very competitive too.
