Viking provided a good price and customer service and from a layman's eye the report seemed comprehensive and clearly explained. They worked well with the estate agent to arrange access and make it easy for the customer.

Giving 4 stars as the report came back a couple days later than anticipated, though this was during Easter holidays so can understand delays.

A lovely company who were recommended to us by a friend, and I would 100% recommend them forward. We have had two surveys done with Vikings and they have been really efficient, clear and lovely to deal with, always explaining the process and findings clearly. They turned our second survey around especially quickly which was so useful. They're always able to talk things through with you and their prices are very competitive too.

Honest, clear and fast service

Ollie did our the survey on the property. I am buying ,very pleased with the survey. It was very in-depth and flagged up a few important issues on the property.

Viking Surveyors carried out a private survey for the first property I am purchasing, and the experience was very positive. The inspection was arranged quickly by Shazna and the report was delivered promptly.

Excellent customer service. The level 3 reports are very detailed and clearly explained. The surveyor Matthew provided clarification and guidance over the telephone. Would use again, but hopefully won't need too!
