My level survey was thorough and detailed enough for informed decision. I wanted it quickly to make a decision but it delayed partly due to the people living in the house and after the survey, it took a week for the report to be out. Overall am pleased.

We had a Level 3 Survey done. Booking was pretty straight forward, price seemed reasonable when compared to other quotes.

Survey was turned around very quickly, and the Surveyor was happy to arrange a follow up call to discuss a few points we had. Laura was very helpful and explained everything really well.

Based on experience so far I would recommend. Scoring 4/5 as cannot comment on whether all issues have been identified but happy with the service we've had this far.

Really excellent experience dealing with Viking. Report was extensive and provided some great advice going forward. Detail was there in the report we needed. Also had a good discussion after with the surveyor that added value and provided the ACTUAL detail and highlighted the ACTUAL points of concern.

Would have been 5 stars but it was the normal doom and gloom ass covering report from a survey. I would have liked to see the ACTUAL information in the report. As an example, almost every area of the house was a RED score (2 ambers), but actually only 2-3 areas out of 21 areas covered. I understand with nowadays culture they need to be over cautious but this is not helpful, the discussion we had after should be in the report.

From booking to receiving the report took less than 2 weeks, and the team coordinated smoothly with the vendors throughout.
The report itself was extremely detailed, and when I followed up with some queries, Phoebe responded the same day.

Ollie undertook a Level 2 survey on the property we are buying. The booking was easy to make, the survey took place as agreed with the estate agent, and the report arrived within 2 working days, even though they said it might take up to 5 days. The report was comprehensive, clearly written and easy to understand. I had a couple of queries which Ollie answered in a phone call. He also sent some higher resolution photos so that I could ask a building firm to estimate the cost of some work. Altogether an excellent experience. I would thoroughly recommend this firm.

We had a level 3 survey carried out by Saeed at Viking Surveyors, and we were very happy with the service given and the level of information provided. Saeed also answered all our follow-up questions over a call which was much appreciated.

Helpful and good communication.
I spoke to Viking on the phone to talk through my needs, very simple and easy to go thorough everything. the survey came back and I was able to talk through my questions with the surveyor who took time to answer all my questions. A part of the agreed survey hadn't been completed, so they went out a few days later to complete. A good service I'd recommend them.

We have been really impressed by how quickly the survey was booked in and the report produced. Jack Davies completed the survey and has been very approachable to ask any further questions regarding issues raised in the report. It has felt like a very supportive aspect of an otherwise stressful time in life. The price was also extremely competitive. Would recommend and would use again in the future.

Before booking my Level 3 survey Shazna at Viking Surveyors was extremely helpful answering all the questions I had during the quote phase to make an informed decision.
The online portal helped me keep track of the on going process. Once the survey was completed Laura the surveyor gave a call for a quick summary prior to the report which alleviated the wait for the report. Once Laura compiled the report, everything was clearly structured and complete with photos to help understand what was being referenced.
