Have been wearing vionics for a few years now, for me personally I find them very comfortable, on the odd occasion that I have had to send a pair back they are super quick with refunds.

Not perfect
The delivery was difficult to arrange conveniently: another company may well be advisable. The sandals are good and the left one is a perfect fit. However, my right foot tends to swell, and the middle strap on this sandal does not have velcro, only a short elastic part, so that it is sometimes too tight to wear.

Lovely quality shoes which came very quickly after order. Unfortunately, they didn't quite fit so I had to return them for a refund. The return was processed very promptly with proactive support from the customer support team and I received the refund direct to my bank account as promised. I will try again and hope for better success with sizing on my next order.

I found 'Vionic' by accident
I found 'Vionic' by accident, shopping for better quality trainers. I was surprised to find such good quality, leather trainers. Unfortunately, I had to return them as there were too big, but I will return to buy the half size that I need. The return process, was great, simple to use. Selling out of stock items
I wasn’t going to leave a review, but they keep emailing me for one so I’ll leave one.
I ordered a pair of trainers on the website, first time ordering from this company. A few days later I get an email telling me my refund has been processed- no explanation etc so I wondered if it was a mistake. I emailed them to query it and was told they are now out of stock so cannot be sent. Don’t think I’d bother using this company again.

I contacted customer services for advice on a walking shoe which would support me for a walking marathon.
The reply came back the next working day, with guidance on the best walking trainer (& why the one I chose was not as suitable).
I have placed an order today and, as the saying goes, the proof will be in the pudding.
I do love all my Vionic footwear I have purchased over the years. They offer great support for plantar fasciitis and general foot support.

Superb quality and fit
Superb quality and fit. Strong supportive construction. For the first time in years I am able to wear a shoe with a heel in comfort. Life changing! I need their wide fitting, I wish they did mote styles in wide fit. They are expensive, I limit myself to sale purchases, but oh so worth it!

Availability of Unisex Insoles?
I was invited by Vionic to write a review concerning my experience with them. So here goes!
I emailed Vionic Customer Services to ask them when their Unisex insoles would be back in stock in the medium size. I also asked if it was possible to cut a larger size down. I had read a lot about the product and I was anxious to try them. Although, I really wanted the correct size. I am a great believer in that correct posture when walking, is beneficial for the spine.
I waited ages for them to reply. In fairness, I did realise that they were probably busy. A reply eventually came, and I was informed that yes, you could cut them, but only by one size. I replied back. Apart from giving them a few more details, I realised that the agent hadn't really answered my question about stock of the medium size. The second reply from them took even longer than the first. It just said that the type of insole I should wear was the Relief Fuller Insole!?
Really Vionic!!!!
The email also said that the Unisex insoles in the medium size were out of stock!????
Again, there was still no explanation of wether, or even when, the Unisex medium would be back in stock!
I sent yet another reply, to the effect that the Unisex was the type I was asking about in the first place!
To top all that off, I was invited to write a review on Trustpilot about my experience with them.
Well, if you're suitably confused then join the queue!
I can't believe that a simple question about stock, would become so complicated. I do find that a lot of people do not read emails properly, as this isn't the first time that I have had to tear my hair out when emailing an enquiry to a Customer Services team, or to discuss a problem.
The reply from Vionic seemed heartfelt and eloquent. However, I'm still in the dark as to when the Unisex Insoles will be in stock!?

Evri at fault, not Vionic
Evri failed to deliver my shoes despite claiming to have done so. Vionic replaced them very quickly. Evri deliverd the replacement package to a Post Office. Evri have an awful reputation and I suggest that Vionic discontinue using them.

Waiting for refund
Waiting for refund to be processed for over a week. Company don’t respond to emails. Their phone number doesn’t work. I’m owed over £400 and not happy having to wait this long for it.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Delivery was very prompt, although there was a slight delay caused by Evri. Vionic handled the situation quickly and efficiently, keeping me informed throughout. Their customer service team was responsive, helpful, and professional at every stage. The quality of the shoes is outstanding as well. Highly recommended and well deserving of 5 stars!
