E . Recovery Vionic sandals . These are a ‘ life saver ‘ . I am quite old and found I could wobble on my feet now and again! The structure of these sandals stopped me wobbling instantly. I stride out in comfort totally confident .
Yes they take wearing in BUT , patiently persist - use a plaster if rubbed somewhere and the rub disappear s . All GPs should know about these shoes , They could save people giving in to mobility scooters. Thank you Vionic please continue the wonderful E recovery shoes .

I've been buying Vionic shoes for about 6 years now and usually really happy with the quality - only down to 4 stars as my most recent pair of shoes wore out after 6 months. HOWEVER, the customer service was brilliant (Kimberley in particular) and they issued a full refund.

Excellent customer service. I have bought shoes from Vionic before and always been very happy. I have a lot of painful foot conditions so now only buy podiatrist or physiotherapist recommended shoes. As I’ve never had any issues with previous shoes from here, when I saw a pair of slippers I liked, I decided to buy 2 pairs and save one for later. After wearing one pair for a while, I realised they were making my foot issues worse (the particular style was not right for my issues, although they had the great arch support that Vionic do so well), so I contacted customer service to see if I could return. As it was still within 30 days, Kimberley explained I could return both pairs no problem at all. She immediately sent a prepaid code so I could return. Couldn’t be happier with how easy and smooth it all went.

Makes me feel confident about purchasing from here in future.

I had an issue with my trainers and had an immediate response from customer services. After supplying a photo of the problem, I was immediately offered a replacement or refund. I chose the replacement as the trainers are so comfortable and they arrived the next day, incredible 5 star customer service, thank you so much.

The shoes themselves looks great and they are perfect for working on your feet all day. I do around 17k steps a day and my feet never ache or blister. The only issue I had is that the sole of my shoes separated from the main body of the shoe after only a month of usage. However, after contacting their excellent customer service team, they arranged a replacement for me super fast! Great shoes, I think I just got unlucky.

As a younger person, trying to find shoes that are good for your feet and look good is hard to find. Vionic shoes are the first stylish pair of shoes I've been able to comfortably wear without my orthopedic insoles. The customer service team are great, I contacted them as the base of the shoe is harder than I am used to, but they advised me that was by design to ensure that the stability remains for a long time. Definitely well worth it

Very poor customer service tried numerous times to contact by phone and just referred to website. Slow unhelpful response via email contact. Decided not to put an order in with them.

I was put on to Vionic by my physiotherapist and I have now probably more than 10 pairs of Vionic shoes/sandals. The quality is excellent and I find them extremely comfortable and good value for money. Recently had some issues with the delivery of two orders but the assistance from customer service was excellent especially as the problem was with the carrier not Vionic. Will be buying more and recommending them to others!

Had to return a pair of shoes, had problems registering the return but your colleague Kimberly was brilliant, very helpful and replied to emails very quickly. Tried phoning but that was hopeless 😞. Thanks Kimberly.

I ordered some slides from Vionic which fitted my foot well when I first tried them on. A suitable occasion for wearing them only arrived after the return window had closed. I then realised I have lost weight and my foot no longer wedges securely in the slides.
Kimberley sent a special return code and the unworn shoes are on their way back.

Whilst I am really struggling with the actual shoes currently (in particular the sizing which varies so very much between different styles of shoes and the quality of some shoes given the price), the customer service provided by Kimberley has been outstanding as always!

I don't live near a shop selling Vionic shoes but after reading about them, and suffering a stress fracture, I was keen to find supportive shoes. I ordered some sandals and slides which were a fantastic fit and provide great arch and ball of foot support. I then ordered some boots the same size which were a bit too small. For various reasons I missed the 30 days return window. The customer service team have provided exceptional service and accepted the return. They also provided guidance on sizing. Highly recommended and without a doubt now my go-to shoes.

I didn’t have a good experience. I purchased a pair of shoes 3 months ago and paid £125.00 plus delivery charge. Vionic were recommended to me by my podiatrist for medical reasons. I wore them a few times and things were fine but on one occasion I walked about 1 mile and my foot started hurting me, they caused a big blister and I needed to seek medical attention. They offered me a 20% refund. I will never buy from them again.

I ahd an issue with delivery and Kimberly Coleman was fantastic with support. Great shoe, Highly recommend.

I contacted customer services because Evri hadn't delivered the trainers that I had ordered. Because it was over 7 days, I was refunded for the shipping costs whilst they looked into the matter. Unfortunately, the parcel could not be found so I was given the option of the same trainers or a refund. Due to the fact that the trainers were no longer available, a refund was processed promptly. All the way through I was treated with empathy and kept informed. This is the first time that I have had to contact customer services as all my previous orders have been delivered promptly.

I ordered the shoes but unfortunately Vionics use Evri, the worst delivery company in the UK. Needless to say Evri lost my order. I cancelled and got my money back. I didn’t see the point of Vionics sending a replacement pair of shoes as I had no faith that they’d be delivered.
Perhaps Vionics should consider using a different delivery company, especially when they ask you to pay £6 delivery charge for the privilege.

Unable to return item. Evri do not have a local drop off location and the collection arranged was a no show. Unable to contact company by phone and now no longer replying to emails. Never again.

Incredibly comfortable Vionic sandals and outstanding customer service! They helped me get the perfect fit, and the walking support is amazing. Highly recommend!
