Having searched through the internet for some days to buy a Volkswagen, I located one at a bargain price from Vision Motors. I purchased a 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan cheaper than elsewhere. The car was immaculate inside and out and their sales and collection processes are friendly and efficient too. I would buy from them again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent deal on a great car.

Well I had an issue for the longest time getting any attention off women, due to me still driving me late father’s arl Ford Cortina. Needless to say, the staff at Vision Motors really pimped my ride and returned the motor to me as what I can only describe as a pussy magnet. Each time I ride it now, I feel like John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever. Would highly recommend.

Bad company who tried to sell me a faulty motor. They have a facebook group (vision motors direct ltd complaints) made by customers who have been scammed by them which shows they trade dodgy cars, don’t refund deposits, and leave people to drive dangerous vehicles!! seems like they’ve been taken to court loads. Don’t know how they’re still trading AVOID!!

This company is an absolute disgrace the amount of faults I have had with the car only got in October when drove off the forecourt the engine management light came on and sounded like the car was falling apart
The heated seats don’t work and many more faults
I bought warranty and when it comes to using it they tell you it’s not covered it’s a joke
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

I went there looking for a car for my girlfriend, her birthday is upcoming. I literally know nothing about car, when I got to the dealership I was a little skeptical because of some of the reviews but I quickly changed my mind. Jake was awesome and helped us find the perfect car that fit our needs and was within our price. The whole process went smoothy. I will definitely recommend Vision Motors to family and friends.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

BOUGHT JAGUAR XF PRESTIGE EDITION FROM HERE, ENGINE VERY BAD!!

Bought a 2013 astra gtc with 30 day warranty,and 12 month extended warranty
Had the car for 7 days and noticed the air con was not working, got in touch with them and explained the problem, they totally refused to repair the problem so thought i would try and claim off the extended warranty who also refused repair, please please do NOT buy a car from VISION MOTORS

Horrendous experience. Avoid.

Bought car from them which had a catastrophic failure within 6 months. Vision motors would not engage in correspondence until a solicitor was appointed. And even then refused to negotiate. In person, we were told to agree to their terms or go to Court which we wouldn’t win.
We took them to court and Won.
I advise anyone else in similar position to do the same.

We went to view the car Saturday, went for a test drive Monday and was ready to drive away today ( Tuesday ) , all very smooth no problems, jake was very helpful in getting it all ready
