Great experience dealing with this company and Paul. Different way of working see and test as it is and they prep and sort everything from there or if there needs anything sorting. Nothing was too much trouble to sort out and always on the end of the phone for any questions. Definitely will use them again.

Like so many others this company stole my £95 deposit.I didnt want the car,they came up with a load of lies and refused to answer my calls or emails still have my money.So glad I didnt buy from them. Nearly bought a vehicle from here but glad I never after seeing the reviews. They also told me (before I read the reviews and was actually intending on getting the vehicle) they could do me a SOFT search finance check. Logged on to my credit score the next day to see a hard search had been done without my permission to them nor the finance company. They also have a facebook complains page which has been set up by customers who have been ripped off by them!

In October 2023, I purchased a car from Vision Motors Direct that was riddled with issues. The vehicle broke down repeatedly within the first 3 days of driving. I requested a full refund per their 30-day guarantee, but Vision Motors Direct refused to honor this commitment.

After months of unsuccessful negotiations, the company now claims the car has been stolen and they have no further responsibility. This is completely unacceptable cheating behavior from Vision Motors Direct.

I strongly warn all potential car buyers to avoid this dishonest company at all costs. They do not stand by their refund policy or adequately address major vehicle faults. It's clear Vision Motors Direct cannot be trusted to provide reliable service or stand behind their products.

In terms of customer goodwill and flexibility in customer relations, forget it!

3rd week now still no deposit back promise every week it be in on Friday still no money ring up to let them know to be told it be in next Friday

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Vision Motors Direct Ltd. My girlfriend purchased a car from them in good faith on December 2nd last year, expecting it to be a reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.

We are well within the consumer rights period, which should offer some level of protection and assurance when buying a vehicle. However, despite these protections, we feel completely let down by Vision Motors Direct Ltd.

Last month, we took the car in for a full warranty check, and the results were alarming. The inspection revealed several serious faults with the car. The most concerning issue is that the power steering rack needs replacing and is leaking oil. This is not a minor defect; it's a significant and potentially dangerous fault that should have been addressed before the car was sold. We were also informed that the brake discs were well worn and the coil springs were corroded and need replacement.

It's clear to us that Vision Motors Direct Ltd did not perform adequate checks or maintenance on the vehicle before selling it. This lack of diligence and care is unacceptable, and it has put my girlfriend's safety at risk. We feel that we have been ripped off, having paid over £2200 for a car that was not in the condition we were led to believe. To fix just the power steering, we have been quoted nearly £1250, which is a substantial and unexpected expense.

The situation is made worse by the fact that these issues came to light during a warranty check, highlighting that the car's faults were pre-existing and should have been disclosed or fixed by the dealership prior to sale. Instead, we are now faced with potentially expensive repairs for problems that should have never been our responsibility.

To add insult to injury, when we phoned Vision Motors Direct Ltd last week to discuss these issues, we were met with an incredibly dismissive response. They told us that the car was "sold as seen" and that they bear no responsibility for the faults we discovered. This attitude is not only unprofessional but also blatantly disregards the consumer rights that are supposed to protect buyers from such situations.

Customer service and trustworthiness are critical when purchasing a vehicle, and Vision Motors Direct Ltd has failed miserably on both fronts. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from them to think twice and consider other options. Based on our experience, it appears that they prioritize sales over the safety and satisfaction of their customers.

In conclusion, our experience with Vision Motors Direct Ltd has been extremely disappointing. The company has shown a lack of integrity and responsibility, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. We are now left to deal with the aftermath of their negligence, and it has been a stressful and costly ordeal.

SCAMMERS… My Brother bought his first car from here with his hard earned money only for the car to be driven away and have fault after fault all of which are costly. Roy has made promises that a manager is going to call him but nobody has and now they have blocked all our numbers. Thousands of pounds down the drain and a company that don’t stick to there warranties. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want to throw money away.

AVOID,AVOID,AVOID!!!!! My Son has recently bought his first ever car from here and all was great until we drove away. Imagine a then 16 year old that hasn’t even passed his test yet saving his own money and paying £6070 for the car to be drove away by me (his mum) and an hour and a half into the journey home the Engine Management light comes on and the Clutch goes! All this has been logged with the garage who have promised to come and get the car recovered which hasn’t happened. We are now blocked on the phone with them and my Son has his driving Test on Friday the 24th of May with a car sat on the drive which is of no use! The car was collected on the 26th of April and the warranty (of which use that is) expires on the 26th of May. A local company has plugged it in to the diagnostics and multiple faults have come up. Before being blocked by the company (Roy in particular) a Manager was supposed to be contacting us which has never materialised. I thought it was funny how eager they were for us to scan the QR code on the desk and put a review without even driving the car yet. I have a 17 year old that is absolutely devastated so PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THESE COWBOYS

I would urge whoever is thinking about buying a car or any type of business dealings with these people is simply DON'T. Read the reviews and listen to what they say. These people have no integrity and frankly will do anything to make (steal) money. I have no agenda but I have dealings with these people. Phil, Greg, Roy and the biggest crook John Robert Knowels you know who you are.

Paid a ‘refundable’ deposit, test drove the car, wasn’t suitable so was promised the refund, took bank details and 8 weeks on still no refund. I have tried to contact Roy at Haydock who quickly took the deposit off me in the first place he has now blocked my calls also no reply at all from the sales office after numerous attempts. Reading all the other posts when they have bought cars I am sooo relieved I didn’t purchase it. Never ever again won’t touch this company with a barge pole and will stear away anyone thinking of buying from here. Totally disgusting customer care, should not be allowed to trade. Thankfully bought a super little car from carmakeover in Barnsley 100% recommend.

Absolutely disgusted with this company bought a car 5 weeks ago everything was fine all paper work signed over was told by Paul he would tax the vehicle and everything was good to go! Yesterday I was at work when my car got clamped for having no tax! I rang the garage and was told over and over again they’d ring back they’d find out what’s happened and ring me back! Paul the salesman went to the post office and taxed my vehicle but I was still left with £100 to pay to get my car unclamped! I was told firstly that the tax hadn’t been done as the form had been lost between admin and post office I was trying over and over to get help to see how this bill was left to me when I was told my vehicle was taxed at point of sale I was then told Paul got side tracked on his way to the post office after the sale as the boss wanted to speak to him how is this my responsibility? Not had a single apology for any of this it’s disgusting that anyone can think this is acceptable

I got a Nissan Navara for work and I had seen one advertised at Vision.
I spoke to Liam who was brilliant . A charming guy and very helpful.
Went to take it for a test drive and it had issues from the off . Liam promised to have it sorted and I agreed.
On collection there where delays but I went to load into the truck
Then I noticed the really poor if at all valeted . I had been washed but I removed 2 bags of crap .
The next day after going to work I noticed a leak
I reported this .
Liam told me to monitor .
When I was able I got it into a local garage who videoed the leak issue and the movement in the prop shaft ( wrong sized joint fitted !).
I messaged Liam he instructed me to email the boss .
I did ! They ignored me . Informed Liam he said email again . I did !!
Still no reply .
After sales service is CRAP . Liam was brilliant the rest of the service experience has been atrocious. AVOID or end up with things to fix out your own pocket .
Love the truck just needs work . All issues reported well before the 30 day warranty

Sadly I recommend avoiding they are not interested in helping and I’m concerned re the value of my mot I definitely don’t trust there mechanics as they fitted none right / moving parts which are mot failures

My daughter brought a car from this garage and on Many occasions it broke down . Spent more time in the garage than she actually drove it..it actually broke down 4 times in the space of weeks..The car has been returned and they are now refusing her deposit back which if need be im prepared to pay n go down the legal route to obtain back. Il go all out on this firm at any cost...Absolute joke they take advantage of people and try an rip them off.. The staff are or try to be aggressive bully's when approached even once attempting to threaten to bite off my partners nose off when in reality they are just little wanna be's in big men's clothing..
The only reason they are getting 1 star is because its the lowest.. they do not warrent any..Avoid like the plague.. check facebook for other reviews and don't trust the good reviews they fool folk into believing as they pay people to do this.. Really good service car was fantastic couldn't fault the phil and the team, BUT this is a massive but, trying to get the £100 refundable holding deposit back is an absolute nightmare

Avoid! Purchased a 7k car from here and like many other reviews, an engine management light appeared on the way home. After delving into the 1 star cohort of reviews I had the vehicle inspected independently by a trusted garage who deemed the vehicle "beyond economical repair" due to engine issues that presented when cold. I returned the car and had to put up with 34 days of being ignored and without a car until they refunded me, despite a 14 day law for an agreed refund.
After reading some of the other reviews I feel I'm perhaps one of the lucky ones.

I went and saw the car, mokka to be specific and really it wasn’t in a good state, the agent I worked with is Paul. I took the car for a test drive and the car started beeping making funny sounds and an engine overheating alert popped so we drove back. We spoke to Paul and he assured us (me and my brother) that the car is yet to be serviced so it will be fine , they will communicate the next day as I was ready to collect it on Wednesday, I left the deposit to secure the car . On Wednesday before 48hrs I told Paul I had a change of heart and he refused to refund then when I went with my dad he said, Greg was at court but he had promised to reach out to us and talk to us and if he was to refund the funds would reflect on Friday , today is Monday and both Paul and Greg have not reached out , atleast the decency to even call and apologise and then let me know that I won’t be getting my money , indeed I had my suspicions after I read the review now I’ve learnt it the hard way , not happy at all , fraudulent people 🙌 , how do they even sleep at night ? It’s sad may the good Lord never give you peace or any success for mistreating people.

people who work at Vision Motor are fraudsters and thieves. Last year I was in st.helens because I was interested in Reno Grand Scenic. It turned out that you couldn't see it because it was in some workshop being repaired. I needed a car after a week. I still didn't have a car, so I gave up. purchase and I asked for a refund of the deposit, they said that they would not refund the deposit, it turned out that the car was already available, but I no longer needed the deposit. To this day, the fraudsters have not returned the car and they have already sold the car to someone else and the financing company is chasing me saying that I have to pay in installments. I do not recommend this company. I recommend it. give a wide berth
