I am trying to Cancel an order before they even started making it and this company won't allow me to cancel. They are saying no. I read the return reviews and this company is horrible at returns but I an trying to cancel the order and they won't let me. I have a bad feeling they are going to ship this item then not return it, make me pay 30% fee and shipping. That's a scam. Please be aware of this before anyone places an order.

Per la collana avevo chiesto una catenina più lunga, non solo mi hanno inviato il ciondolo con la catenina più lunga, ma con mia piacevole sorpresa mi hanno inviato anche quella corta che aveva il ciondolo in origine!! Inoltre al mio primo ordine avevo dovuto pagare le tasse doganali ( a volte capita) e l ‘ azienda mi ha rimborsato dell intero importo speso per le tasse!!

They refused to allow me to return the earrings for a full refund. Unfortunately, the earrings irritated my ears so I wanted to return them. The agent i communicated with continuously interrogated about why the earrings bothered my ears. I don't know why but I deserve a refund and all I got was a $20 gift certificate for $200 worth of earrings (I bought 2 pair). I will not be using the gift certificate, nor will I purchase anything from this company again.

This company has great customer service. My package was mishandled by our post office and was delivered to someone else. The company was very responsive while I tried to recover my package. When that failed they sent me a replacement.

I had a positive experience shopping at Voogmechic. The selection is beautiful and the quality is top-notch. The customer service was exceptional—quick responses, friendly, and helpful with all my questions. The website is easy to navigate. I’m thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend!

Absolutely the worst. I have been going back and forth for over a month trying to return a pair of broken earrings and some studs I don’t like. They will not stop with trying to get me to order something else even though I have asked repeatedly to return the items. This company is an absolute scam. Do not buy from them.

Order 490027267. Been trying to get a refund since Dec 7th. Company sent me defective merchandise. Poor quality. Cheap. Have emails from company completely ignoring my request to return and get a refund. Then said if I "insist" on returning defective merchandise I will have to pay for the shipping. Their return policy says(which I sent to them), customer is responsible for shipping fees for anything "other" than quality issue. Do not buy from this company. It's a scam. Cheap crap from China. Now I had to get Klarna involved. Klarna needs to cut them out.
RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE:
I can post all emails with my multiple requests to return merchandise and receive a refund. I NEVER SUDDENLY CHANGED MY MIND. This company kept ignoring my request and said they already sent another earing and can not intercept the shipment. BTW, never received any earing.

You can return the earrings you received to our US warehouse. We are concerned that you will need to pay for the return shipping costs.

The warehouse is in the US, so we believe the shipping cost will not be very expensive.

This is PROOF This company expects me to pay for shipping of defective merchandise. They NEVER OFFERED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING. I can post to show customers the poor, defective, quality of these earings.

The jewelry is amazing and my solitaire ring fits perfect.

My daughter and I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from VOOGME and are extremely satisfied with how lovely and wearable they are. We wear the rings daily and after several months there is no noticeable wear on the pieces. I recently purchased their sapphire tennis bracelet. When it arrived 1 stone was slightly cloudy. I sent pictures as proof and they not only replaced the bracelet but told me I didn't have to send the other bracelet back to them. I also requested the larger size, which they were also able to do for me. I've never had such a great experience with any company.

The ring I ordered is beautiful, beyond what I expected. The price and quality is excellent and customer service is excellent, above and beyond what most companies provide! My order took longer to receive than I expected, 3 weeks, and I emailed the company about it twice. Each time, I received a prompt reply with a reasonable explanation of where it was in the production and shipping process.

The item was delivered fast. However upon opening I discovered the earrings I had order were bent at the studs and did not look anywhere nearly as good as they did on the website. Dull looking diamond with bent studs. Mass produced plastic rubbish. I have requested a refund. Such a shame this close to Christmas. I don't know how they have such good reviews on here, it's hard to find reviews elsewhere and all Instagram comments get deleted so it's a bit suspicious.

Customer service was incredible! They probably answered 20 random questions from me regarding size, weight, quality, customization…..very promptly and comprehensively. They customized an 18k rose gold ring for me and the process was seamless. The ring is gorgeous and arrived a day early!

I've looked at a number of sites sellwing moissanite jewellery and I AM SO GLAD I chose Voogme! Ordered a few pieces. Postage was prompt and the pieces gorgeous. 5 star customer service - needed to exchange one ring for a smaller size upon arrival. Received reply within a couple of hours with details on how to proceed. Once I shared the tracking code for the return ring, within an hour I was sent an order confirmation and tracking code for the new size ring. It arrived a day after my return reached the distribution centre. Will definitely keen an eye on more items and order again.

Have made several purchases for myself and am so pleased with the quality of this jewelry that I am now gifting it.

They have excellent customer service that promptly replied on all of my inquiries.
