I love my rings. Order came in a timely manner however, I did have an issue with losing a stone and customer service was spectacular. I was shipped a replacement immediately. I was very impressed with their customer service and their timely reply. Will definitely use them again.

I ordered a beautiful, radiant-cut, 5.5 ct Moissanite ring in 14k gold, and I do love it! I found customer service to be extremely polite and helpful, and they always got back to me within 24 hours, sometimes sooner. I had contacted them to ask if my ring could be made larger than the sizes offered (I needed an 11 and a half)) and they wrote back yes, and that there would be no extra charge! I had also written to ask when it would be arriving, and got a prompt response saying it would arrive the next week after my message. When I received it, I had trouble finding the '14k' engraving mark inside the band, and got a quick response with a picture of another ring's engraving in its band so I knew where to look. The engraving in mine was there, but was lightly engraved so I had to use my magnifying glass to see it. But it's there! I received it exactly 19 days after my placing the online order, which I think is fine for something coming from China to the States. The packaging was gorgeous, not that that part is so important. But it was, if you are giving it as a gift. I was nervous ordering from a company I did not know, but my ring is sparkly and gorgeous and I will be a repeat customer! Thank you, Voogme!

I recently purchased a pair of diamond stud earrings. I ordered in gold setting and then wanted to exchange for the silver. I then received silver and they were beautiful.
I recently had an issue with the earring post.
In both cases, for exchange / post, I contacted customer support. In both cases they were extremely helpful and very responsive. They first made the exchange with no hassle and most recently offered a replacement for the broken post.
I have to say that I rarely receive this type of customer support so I’m very impressed.
Additional, the earrings are stunning.
I highly recommend this company and the products they offered.

I was missing one of the rings I ordered and customer service was very helpful. They responded immediately and we checked things on both ends. They put in a new order for the missing item and shipped it right away. I won’t hesitate to order from Voogmechic again.

Took over 3 months to resolve an issue but it did get resolved. Company made it right by replacing the item.

The products are beautiful and hard to tell from a real diamond. I did have an issue with the clasp of one earring and it fell off and was lost, however customer service was very helpful and responded in a timely manner to replace with a new pair with a different screw clasp. Fingers crossed this works as I really love the earrings.

I have purchased several things from Voogme (rings, bracelets, and earrings). All items looked great and well designed. I loved the box and certificate that came with them. I ran into an issue with one of the earrings and the customer service was responsive, polite, understanding, and quick to resolve the issue and send me a replacement. Overall, a pleasant shopping experience and I have been enjoying all my jewelry!

DO NOT ORDER from this company! Customer service is TERRIBLE…they are located in China and only respond maybe every 24 hours at best. And they get nothing accomplished except wasting your time via email with ‘nothing’ responses such as trying to get you to select another item. Then when I said I didn’t not want any other items which took over a week of going back and forth with them, they tell me I have to pay $30 to return the necklace. I said no and they said they would then allow me to pay $15. Very sketchy company! And the kicker is.. I am still going back and forth with them via email to return the 2 items and get my money back (almost 2 months later). I ordered a sterling silver link necklace and a 4 prong pair of stud earrings. The studs were too large but looked okay otherwise and the necklace looks cheap. I am out $300 now but I am still arguing with them for refund. The latest is they want me to pay $15 per item for return upfront and THEN they will issue me the refund on Monday because ‘their system isn’t working right now’. I said just reduce the money you owe me by $30 when you issue me the credit. Honestly, I don’t think these people will ever issue me a credit - even after I return the items. STAY AWAY! SCAM! I never write reviews but feel the need to warn people.

I bought a pair of earrings a few years ago and I wear them every day! Love them and I get so many compliments. I recently made another purchase and there was a minor problem and their customer service team responded quickly and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Was pleased to receive my earrings. They looked exactly as expected! Couldn’t tell the difference between them and my real VSI quality diamonds.
There was only one screw back in the package. There should have been two. I contacted support, and they immediately responded and they are sending me another screw back! They gave me the tracking information, etc.
Not only is the product top notch, but the customer service is as well!
I will continue to do business with this company for sure!
