Great customer service!

I have bought several pieces in the last couple of years and I'm very pleased with Voogmechic jewelry. I can wear it along with my real diamonds and you can't tell the difference. The sparkle is beautiful and doesn't dull.
I'm also pleased with their Customer Service. They are very quick in responding to any questions or concerns. I have had lots of compliments when I wear this jewelry. The pieces are beautiful.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with Voogme!! Recently I had to reach out to customer service to mention that one of the threaded posts on my recently purchased earrings wasn’t holding and locking the earring back. Voogme Customer Service offered to replace the earrings at no charge! I’ve been a repeat customer, but I was just thrilled that I had gotten such great service!!!

Voogmiechic is a scammer! I ordered their studs off of Facebook. When I received them the posts were too long and I could not wear them. I sent an email on 02/27/24. they offered an exchange. I emailed again saying none of their earrings would fit asking for a refund. I returned the item as per their instructions on 05/10/23 I sent an email with a picture of the box with return address, of course I paid the shipping. There have been emails back and forth with Voogmie always having an excuse not to send the refund. Today I sent another email with demand for refund along with screen shot of tracking information showing that the return was received on 04/01/2024 at 10:02 am and it also states left with individual. I would advise anyone not to buy from this company as they do not honor their 30 guarantee!
**after many months and so much time and effort I finally received a full refund on 05/20/2024. I did receive a canned text apology, I'm not buying it. Beware!
On 5/22/24 I did receive a full refund. I am still disappointed in how long the refund took. I am satisfied with the result.

Great customer service, I received great customer service. I placed an order for the wrong item. I received immediate service when questioned. I will always be a loyal customer. I appreciate the service and quality provided by Voogemechic.

I ordered earrings for my wife late hoping they would arrive by Mother’s Day. Support changed the shipping and made it happen

I made a mistake in ordering a ring...also I ordered wrong size...they were so nice and helpful...I then changed order for correct item they were so helpful and I got item before mothers day which means alot to me cause my girlfriends mom died and this necklace is for my girlfriend....my only complaint would be the chain looks pieced together....thanks for being so helpful and speedy....

I had a very good experience with a gift I purchased, although they were gorgeous quality, I had to make an exchange to a push post instead of screw post for earring studs.
They were quick and responsive in helping me solve my issue! Looking forward to receiving the new pair and gift them. I will definitely buy again and recommend to friends!!

I received my customized ring i two weeks. It sparkles in the sunlight, and it's affordable and shinier than diamond ring. So I ordered the bracelet and earrings this time.

Customer service was good and shipping once the ring was made was fast. My very happy to buy the ring in this company. The stone itself is slightly larger than I would like, but, because of it, the ring reflects lights beautifully.

I’ve ordered several items from Voogmechic. Most of the items are good quality and very attractive. The latest bracelet I received had a design flaw. It has a pull cord closure and the chain is so thin that it’s constantly knotting. I wrote to customer service and they said “yes that’s a problem they're aware of” and then told me I could exchange for something else and have to pay my own shipping and they don’t even send a label. That’s poor customer service. I’ve asked for a refund. They’ll probably try to deduct a restock charge on a defective product.

Wonderful experience ordering with Voogmechic. I love both pieces of jewelry I ordered and the support team was very efficient responding to all of my emails. Will definitely order from them again!

I purchased a Moissanite 10K solitaire ring. It took over 5 weeks to arrive. I had written to the company customer service prior to receiving a shipped notification asking to cancel the order. And then like magic the next day I received notification that it was shipped. I asked for a refund and Voogmechic wants to keep a 30% restocking fee and wants me to pay and additional $30.00 for a return label. The quality is cheap and disappointing. Weeks later I am still getting the run around for the return address and instructions. I don't recommend this company to anyone. They are not reputable as their website states and Voogmechic has extremely POOR customer service. Customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company.

The earrings I ordered looked really cheap. After multiple emails asking how to return, all I got was offers to exchange. I had paid by PayPal and so complained through there. They finally offered to allow a return and gave me the address. I did so, and as asked I supplied the tracking number (it cost over $10 to ship) through PayPal.

Three days after the tracking number said it had been delivered I got an email telling me to return the item.

I sent them this:

“This has ALREADY BEEN RETURNED TO YOU AND RECEIVED. The tracking information was already supplied to you via PayPal but you did not acknowledge it. The package has my name on it but not inside. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Deliberately ignoring my request to return, and responding to requests to return only with offers to exchange is wrong. Here is my return tracking proof.”

I have purchased numerous pieces from here. Mainly in silver to see whether I liked them enough to buy in platinum. On the whole the silver pieces were fine. But the platinum ring I ordered didn't look anything like the silver equivalent. Also one of the silver rings I ordered the stones fell out at the sides.
Not a great company as far as returns go. So buy cheap from here it's really all they are good for.

Horrible company.
Tried to cancel my order within 2 hrs and was told it was too late to do so, all the while they're trying to fund out why and to find ways to change the order. When I told them there was nothing else that I wanted they said "too late its shipped", even though through tracking It was not shipped for days after the "chat" excange.
So it was delivered and I already knew I didn't want them as the earrings were to large fir my Grandaughter as it was a gift for her.
So I reached out to return them and once again they want me to exchange for something else.
I told them I wanted an RMA number to return and have not heard a word from them since.
Stay away...shady company!!!

Purchased earrings.. they didn’t look like the picture at all and I attempted to return multiple times by sending an email. Person who responds keeps trying to get me to exchange them and will not provide next steps for return.

I bought a pair of earrings from Voogmechic that I had custom made. They are supposed to be D color and VVSI purity grade and have virtually no sparkle in them at all compared to my 10 carat diamond bracelet which is an H color and SI purity grade. I am very disappointed. Then when I told them I was not satisfied they told me there would be a 30% restocking charge; they were overpriced at $770 so the restocking charge would be over $250. I guess I’m stuck with them but I feel really ripped off. I won’t wear them because they look so cheap so I guess I’ll take them to a pawn shop and try to find some real diamonds to have set in the gold setting.
