Have used this branch in Kettering for several times now. Really pleased with the quality of customer service. Answered all of the questions, really friendly and helpful. Even with additional requests as extra day for rent was not an issue. Extended my contract in timely manner.
Cars are always the best quality and never had any issues.
The prices are the friendliest in the area.
Would highly recommend

Great place to hire a van friendly service and a really good price if there was anything I could quibble about there's no where to leave your car when you pick up the van but everything else was excellent definitely recommend

Terrific all round experience easy to book and communicate with. Car was very clean very low mileage with all mod cons.
No problems at all with returning the car. Considering they were easiest the lowest quote for a 3 week rental for our travels in the UK and Europe I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Super quick and easy booking/pickup experience. Nick is a great representative and always accommodates. Both times I’ve booked with them the car selected wasn’t available so they upgraded me to the next model up for no additional charge. By far the best rates in the area.

This is my third hire from VW Parkway. Nick has been so very helpful, and nothing has been too much for him! I’m hoping I don’t need to hire again anytime soon, but this will always be my go to if I do! Prices are super competitive on both car and van hire, and all kept pristine inside and out!

In a world in where so many big companies appear to consider customers a nuisance, at best, Nick at Kettering was a star - nothing was too much trouble. Queries, hire extensions, monthly invoices and even the final, early, car return (and refund) were dealt with immediately. Next time I need a hire care he'll be the first person I call. Thanks

We didn't know there is a VW car hire service until this trip but we are really glad we do now. The price, car and staff were excellent.
It would be easier if the car was full of fuel on pick up so we could fill it on return and I missed the rule that it had to be returned no later than the pick-up time.
Overall though a fantastic experience and very helpful staff.

The whole process from start to finish was seamless and Nick was extremely helpful and friendly throughout. Would definitely recommend them for anyone wanting to rent a car. Has also made us a think about a potential VW for the future.

The van I rented was immaculate inside and out. The pick up and drop off process was clear and efficient. Finally the chap I dealt with was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. I 100% recommend and am renting off then again in a month. Great organisation

Great service, very reasonably priced compared with alternatives. We had spoken with Northampton VW who couldn’t assist at short notice but had come back to us to let us knowing Kettering could help. We had been quoted £1500-£2000 from other hirers for 2 weeks and VW Kettering was under £700.
