VWFS Rent-a-Car - West London Reviews

Dave was very helpful and explained all the details very clearly. A very enjoyable experience.

Great experience, rented about 4-5 times from this place, always friendly, provide a free coffee and return the depisit on time.

I hired a pristine VW Polo from Michael who couldn't have been more helpful and saw me off and welcomed me back. This is a great service. Highly recommend.

exceptional experience renting a car from VWFS Rental in Colindale, and it was all thanks to Serghei. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a calm and friendly demeanor that instantly put me at ease. Serghei was incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to my needs and preferences. He patiently explained all the options available and helped me choose the perfect car for my trip. His professionalism and knowledge made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciated how he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend VWFS Rental, especially if you get to work with Serghei!

Serghei at VWFS Rental in Colindale was calm, quick, and easy to talk to. He helped me find the perfect car and made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommend!

Michael was so helpful and the service offered was wonderful. It was easy to book, the pick up was swift and efficient and drop off was very smooth. The prices were very competitive and I chose the location so as not to travel to Heathrow.

I have been using rent a car volkswagen for a while now. The process its easy. I would recommend!

Michael has great cars and always available even in the last minute.

This has been my 5th time using VW rental services, which should say quite a lot. The team is super friendly, on the ball and helpful. The rental cars are clean, new, and are well priced. Easy to get to and avoids the heathrow nonsense or other rental companies that are quite lacklustre. Returns are simple and straightforward, never had any surprises. Would definitely be using them over other rental companies.

What car hire standards should be! Superb customer service and spotless vehicle with easy process from start to finish.

In a sea of 'computer says no' and rental houses with a complete lack of customer focus, these chaps are amazing. I was given the car I asked for, for the time I needed it (amazing how many others wouldn't rent for more than 28 days as opposed to my required 36 days) and at a very competitive rate. My need to take the car (a lovely Skoda Kodiaq) abroad didn't faze them either. Michael and his team at West London VW went above and beyond to deliver me the best rental experience I have ever had. I will never rent anywhere else again.

A great place to rent a car from. Thanks Michel Boardman

I recently rented a car from VWFS with Serghei handling my booking, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Serghei was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, helping me select a vehicle that perfectly suited my needs. The car itself was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time, making my rental experience stress-free and enjoyable. Serghei even took the time to answer all my questions about the vehicle’s features and local driving tips. I felt confident and well-supported throughout my rental period, and I would highly recommend VWFS and Serghei’s service to anyone looking for reliable car rental. Will definitely book with them again!

The service I received from David Reed and Mike at West London VW and Skoda was seemless and impeccable. Made the whole process smooth and quick especially as we came straight from the Airport. Showroom looked amazing and I really enjoyed driving the Skoda I received. Drop off process was easy aswell. Would definitely recommend

Nice cars, personable service and a competitive cost. What’s not to like?

Great experience
Incredibly smooth experience to hire from VWFS West London. The car was great, clean and had absolute no issues with it. Michael was also very professional and made the whole process very easy. Would definitely recommend.

Well maintained cars. No hidden charges. Drove 1600 miles. Had no issues.

Great Customer Service as always

Rented multiple times due to the quality of the service, friendly and courteous staff.

Right from the booking experience everything was excellent. I needed to provide details for a ferry and the team booked me a specific car and gave me the info. On pick up day there was a little delay as they were so busy, but staff were friendly and helpful and got me on the road as quickly as they could.

The vehicle was like new - clean and tidy inside and well maintained.

I had a little ding during the hire, but they gave me a fair price to fix it. And my remaining deposit came back within a few days.

All together a brilliant experience, at a reasonable price.
