VWFS Rent-a-Car - West London Reviews

Mike at Citygate was fantastic. Warm, friendly and caring. As it was the first time we'd ever hired a camper van he answered all my questions with patience and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Especially so, when we were delayed returning because of motorway closures. I couldn't recommend him and Citygate more highly. The Camper van was clean and beautifully presented. The whole process was easy and the information given ahead of our booking, very useful. I'd never come across Citygate before but they rent out all types of vehicles including two VW camper vans. I would have no hesitation in returning.

Always helpful, upgrades done where possible and vehicles always great.

Mike is very helpful, have booked a couple teams recently and both times very easy, you get the car you booked, and quick return process.

Wonderful rental experience with VWFS Rent-a-Car West London, Michael the manager was a joy to deal with from the booking process, picking up the car and returning. First time renting a car and I will look no further than VWFS, you pay for service, security and assurance and this branch had all three in abundance. Thank you for making a somewhat difficult itinerary more manageable. Highly recommended. Thank you! [VW ID.3]

I recently rented a car from VWFS, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and seamless.
The vehicle itself was clean, brand new, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I was also pleased with how easy it was to pick up and drop off the car—efficient and hassle-free.
I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service - Thank you

The whole process was a smooth and easy transaction. The team were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and clearly explained about all my different options. Extremely satisfied with my experience and I am more than happy to recommend their services. Top job guys, well done.

Had a wonderful journey will highly recommend For family and friends.Dave Reed is pro Thanks Dave

Had very lovely experience with city gate west london, straightforward and helpful!

Everything went well from start to finish. Vehicle ready on time, good briefing on how to use it (particularly good if you've never driven a camper before), friendly staff who were very helpful from collection to drop off. The van was clean and well equipped and was enjoyable to drive and made for comfortable camping over the weekend. A couple of small quibbles; the rentacar automated paperwork caused some confusion about pricing and the water didn't work for us (this had been reported by the previous hirer) which was a bit inconvenient.

Great customer service. Will use them again.

Friendly staff, great service, no hidden costs. Definitely be using them again

Seamless check in and check out with no hidden extras. Staff were super helpful, great car, overall would highly recommend.

The Skoda Fabia was much bigger than I initially thought. Packed all 4 of us and our luggage easily for our trip to Butlins.

💯 good customer service
Nice car. Thanks

We've been using this rental service regularly when we have need for a family car. Michael the rental manager is very helpful and catered our need very well. The cars were in very good condition. Great experience!

I’d highly recommend VFS Rental Car for anyone looking for a rental in the London area.

A fantastic experience. Easy pick up, easy drop off, great car, and a great rate. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and car. Thanks!

Simply THE BEST EVER rental car experience. Mike and David who run VW West London car rentals are the nicest people imaginable. Diane and I were treated as welcome guests on arrival at the beautiful VW showroom where we explored the fantastic old VW family cars on display (I used to own a 1961 type 3 notchback in the early 70s). Coffee, chats and a marvellous almost new Golf automatic (exactly as booked) were provided. Say no more - simply the BEST EVER car rental. And the trip to Heathrow for our flight home to Australia was short, cheap and really enjoyable. Patrick Gallagher
