Excellent work friendly yet very professional.

The rental assistant was great, very helpful, professional and just GOOD.

Couldn’t fault anything. This was our second time renting a campervan through VWFS, and once again everything was perfect. Gary and Barry were fantastic from start to finish, even arranging for the van to be collected from another branch that was much closer to us. The whole experience was seamless, and we’re already planning our third rental!

Very easy and straightforward to book and reserve a vehicle, whether online or over the telephone.

I initially needed a vehicle for a relatively short period, but my rental was extended several times due to delays with my new vehicle. Each time, the process was handled quickly and without any difficulty.

For longer rentals of two weeks, one month or more, Citygate Volkswagen Car Rental offered excellent rates that Enterprise simply could not match. Unlike Enterprise, they were also far more flexible with long-term rentals and did not impose unnecessary restrictions on the rental period.

The service at VW Citygate Watford provided a much more personal, one-to-one customer experience. I have previously rented from both the Colindale and Bushey branches, and the level of service has always been consistently excellent.

My most recent rental began in the first week of March and ended on 8 July, meaning I had the vehicle for approximately three months. Throughout that time, Richard Scheininger, the Rentals Manager, was outstanding. He made the entire rental process easy, straightforward and completely hassle-free. His professionalism, flexibility and excellent customer service made a real difference, and he was always happy to accommodate any changes to my rental.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in renting from Richard and the Citygate team again. If you are looking for excellent customer service, competitive pricing and genuine flexibility, particularly for long-term rentals, I would highly recommend them.

Brilliant service, got the car next morning when i rang half hour before closing time, clean, nice car, and perfect for what I needed.

Great service, friendly and kind staff and great price

The car was easy to book, I got the car I chose, not an equivalent, paperwork was minimal and quickly dealt with and the rep was extremely friendly and helpful, all of which makes using them again a no-brainer.

From enquiry to handing back, everything was seamless. I hired the Grand California and it is simply incredible. It is so easy to drive and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Amazing fast and quick service with excellent customer service

Everything was made easy from my initial booking, to being contacted by Mohsin to remind me about collection and to finally picking up the van. Mohsin, quickly sorted out the paperwork & then familiarised me with the vehicle and about returning it. The van itself was pristine and very easy to drive and operate - so all round a great experience.

Pleasantly peaceful and very professional experience. It has been grand to feel worth while.

Very reliable service especially from Waseem. Always would ensure I could rent the car I wanted. Service with a smile always. Now I don't bother shopping around as I know I will not receive the level of service that I get from VWFS Slough.
Booking process is via the phone which is sometimes difficult to get through.

Jacob was amazing. He went through every detail with us thoroughly, very polite and compassionate to us tourists. Thanks for the lovely experience

We took the decision to rent one if Thier shuttle vans with 5 seats to attend Camperjam this year, and boy did it do the job well.
From the very beginning when we first spoke with Shaun he talked us through the whole process, even showing us the van prior to booking ensuring if met our needs...
We went for the auto version which in my opinion is the perfect choice when traveling with the family in busy traffic..

Everything we needed fitted in with no need to surround the children's seating area.

Our drop off was once again a friendly smooth affair, all that ngs checked and we were on our way...
We shall definitely be booking with Shaun and his team in the future.
