Modern SCAM - Pathetic Support
This is my real & most shocking review which i never expected from a company.
I installed their app on my IOS device, tried to purchase their UK number but it doesn't show anything, when i rechecked few hrs later it shows i was charged for a subscription which i never accepted or tried to buy.
i tried to contact them but didn't find any contact details(my mistake as i was unable to locate their support contact).
So i contact apple support to cancel/refund. Fortunately they refunded my money and i un-installed this worst app.
After few months later, i retried and app worked very well, so i bought again their subscription but now they charged me but not delivered me USA number.
after 1 day i contacted them & they said you claimed a refund so we cannot give you our service.
Now they're not even refunding my money i again need to contact apple for my refund.
This is totally a SCAM or Un-ethical business habit.
First their useless app doesn't work properly on latest devices, then they charge without permission.
No proper support details.
Don't waste your time on this useless application.

You subscribed to a Vyke number and then claimed a refund for the purchase from Apple. Sorry, but we can't have users claiming unauthorized refunds for services.
Our contact details are both in the app and on our website.
They can only be used as disposable nubers not reliable service, they never give you your old number back
Been using their service for months, they are more into scamming people, first prices are high, 2nd they don't have any automatic payments and don't send you a message about number expiry and it gets to expire in a sneaky way, and you can't get that number again in your entire life I tried contacting them in support and they were so rude to my humble request. so these numbers can only be used as disposable numbers, you can't use it as a reliable number

Thank you for your review.
We send a series of SMS notifications to the number around the time of renewal, and we keep the number for a short time after the subscription has expired to give you extra time to renew. You can also view the subscription renewal date at any time in the app.
Our support team could not get your number back as it had already been quarantined.
NEVER BUY VYKE!!!
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Feels like a scam! There has not been a time I can recall of being a user of vyke since last 3-4 months, that I could hear anyone who ever called me on VYKE! I did not try any other option because I didnt want to waste money on testing again and I already bought 1 year of their service otherwise, I would have trashed the Vyke App since day 1 of not being able to hear anyone!
