Very pushy sales man, lied about acceptable moisture content in attic beams. Lied about them being the only company that provide certificate for mortgage lenders. Told us we would have to make a decision today and pay deposits as if he had to come back the original cost quoted could not be guaranteed and would likely be 4 grand more.
Do not instruct this company without getting other quotes first.

Conmen and scammers BEWARE

Visited a family member and tried to pressure sell. Their reviews are clearly written by themselves as they are not careful how they format the reviews.

Trustpilot have flagged false reviews and should ban them fullstop!

Had a phone call at 9.45pm saying my elderly uncle had a warmer solutions rep in his house which instantly raised suspicions.
Apparently been there for2-3 hrs and had my uncle sign up to £8,500 worth of un necessary work

Payment was tried but was declined as insufficient funds ….thank heavens

My concerns are how this type of insulation companies work with the elderly.

Joe and co completed the job quickly and left the house clean afterwards as qell as showing photos of the completed work

My elderly grandmother had already agreed to works for this company, we weren't made aware these works were going ahead until the day it happened. £2,000 later she had the works complete.
4-6 months later and they are back in her house, to 'check' on previous insulation fitted, offering another service for +£5,000. After repeatedly telling the gentleman she would not make a decision on that day, he continued to pressure for an agreement. My sister then had to step in and put her foot down and reiterate what our grandmother had previously said, he left pretty quickly after that. He spent over 1hour in her home, overly friendly and familiar, over sharing on his work life and home life, these are all tactics in the game, to create a trusting relationship with the victims of these predators.

This company pray on the elderly & vulnerable. A rep called Liam cold called at my elderly & vulnerable parents house on 5th March 2026. He entered their property, checked their loft (broke the loft hatch) and said they needed thousands of pounds worth of work doing. He then took payment of £825 right there and then, from an elderly couple. My husband and I managed to intercept before any more money was paid. We cancelled the thousands of pounds worth or work and I demanded a refund. I spoke to a VERY unprofessional woman called Jo, who's attitude and tone is disgusting. She did eventually refund the £825 back and I said to no longer contact my parents ever again. So that was the end of it...or so I thought. Today 22nd April 2026 my mum received a call from Warmer Solutions stating they were calling for final payment. Luckily I was there at the time of the telephone call. I explained there was no work done therefore no payment was needed. If my mum had answered the phone (given how vulnerable she is) she probably would have given payment due to confusion. To say I was angry was an understatement, the woman on the phone subsequently hung up on me. After I got the £825 refunded from the company and told them not to contact my parents again I went ahead and blocked their number on my parents phone & mobile, however today's telephone call came from a mobile number not the number on the website, which is very crafty and suspicious. I have the mobile number of the rep Liam who originally cold called therefore I know they use mobile numbers rather than a specific number. Be very wary of this company!!!!!!

Zack came yesterday to start to install of foil in our loft. we have a big loft and he worked very hard not stopping for a tea at all. We are please with the professionalism from Zack keeping us in the loop about timings and when it would be completed thankyou very much.

Shane ( surname starts with K )work long and hard to do an amazing job in my loft. Polite, kept me informed and a clean,tidy worker thank you

Zack and Shaun installed foil in my loft today they arrived at the time agreed and was very clean and throughout and friendly thank you very much.

Zack and Shaun arrived today to remove foam from my loft as we couldn’t sell the house with it installed. They worked very hard keeping me updated as they went thank you very much for your hard work.

Zack & Shaun came out to finish a job today and did an excellent job! Not easy in our small loft!
