Have been trying for several weeks to sort out my commercial water account since moving into a new property. Spoke to Katie today (nearly 2hrs) but all sorted now. Highly recommend

I am waiting for a refund
I am waiting for a refund and have waited well over 2 weeks, I seem to be chasing this refund was told it would come by a cheque, really bit old school. I had sent all the relevant details for a BACS PAYMENT nothing , sent the details twice.
You need a few more Rita’s on your team , she listened and added as many notes as she could as she could hear I wasn’t happy. I felt she cared about the situation and wanted to help as much as she could. The five stars are for Rita she deserved them .
I look forward to the refund.

The only company I've given up on (twice)
I've had Waterplus as my water supplier at my last two companies. The ledger was all over the place with both of them. I gave up trying to get their statements to match up with the direct debit payments they'd taken both times. Getting a cheque refund just made things worse as it seemed to be a randomly generated amount, I still have no idea how they were calculated.
