Appsolutley TERRIBLE kept sending me things i didn’t order and charged me £75 for it and were very rude toward me as i am autistic i am very overwhelmed with the situation and don’t have money left as they took it all but are now refunding my money back! Misleading subscription and unexpected £28 charge
Very disappointing experience. I placed an order for a coin and paid the £2 delivery charge, believing I was making a straightforward purchase. I later discovered that I had apparently been enrolled into a monthly subscription through information in the small print.
Yesterday, £28 was taken from my account without any advance notification that the payment was about to be charged. I find this extremely misleading. A recurring £28 monthly subscription should be made absolutely clear and prominent before a customer completes their purchase, not something they only discover after money has been taken.
I would not have agreed to this subscription had I understood clearly that I was signing up for recurring monthly payments. This experience has completely undermined my trust in the company.

Westminster collection coins
Ordered the one off offer for the queen's 100yrs coin which was pay for postage only to find up if you don't read the small print they sign you up for a monthly contribution of £28.98 with out your knowledge as a lot of people don't read the small print and not everyone checks their bank account to see what direct debits has gone out of their account i would personally say bordering on a scam but as they say did you read the small print will just leave it there

Do not fall for the "free coin" scam
Do not fall for the "free coin" scam. they subscribe you to a scheme without your consent and before you know it they have taken 30 quid from you for something you never asked for. I don't know how these companies have the gall to do this underhand tactic. BEWARE

Ordered one coin as a gift for someone, but somehow ended up subscribed….hmmmm anyway it will be sent back much to my annoyance and hassle when they took another 29.99 plus postage from my bank. Avoid unless you want subscribed without your knowledge.

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS - You order a single coin and without any authorisation from you, they then fraudulently use those payment details to automatically charge you over £30 pcm as a subscriber - even though you have never signed up to anything. AVOID & report to Trading Standards, Action Fraud & the police as I have done. I have reported this company to the police and can provide the crime reference number to Trustpilot. I've also reported Westminster collection to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice and can provide the reference number. Subscriptions should be by CONSENT NOT DEFAULT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

SCAMscription
I ordered ONE single commemorative 50p. At NO point in the telephone consultation was i informed that this would result in an automatic subscription. On Friday a 'pending payment' notification came from my Bank App for £38 for a subscription.
On contacting the complaints department, I was informed that notification was sent with the coin I had purchased. WHY was this information not given at the time of my order? WHY was I not given tbe opportunity to make an informed decision during the telephone order.

Persistent Unwanted Deliveries and Poor Customer Service
My experience with Westminster Collection has been extremely frustrating. Despite repeatedly informing the company that I did not wish to receive any further items, products continued to be sent that I had not specifically ordered.
Trying to resolve the issue through customer services was equally disappointing. On more than one occasion I was assured that no further items would be dispatched, yet the unwanted mailings and deliveries continued. The process of cancelling orders and stopping future shipments was far more difficult than it should have been.
It often felt as though the business model relied on customers accepting or overlooking items that had been sent without being actively requested. I found these sales practices overly aggressive and not customer-friendly.
After several phone calls, I am hopeful that the matter has finally been resolved, but based on my experience I have little confidence that it won't happen again. Overall, I found the service unprofessional and would be reluctant to deal with the company in the future.

Subscription trap scam
When you order a coin (~2£), it immediately signs you up to a 30£/month subscription and gives you virtually no warning. I didn't even get any sort of confirmation message about the subscription; I just got a random 30£ charge on my card and had to dig through their website to discover that they had apparently posted a random coin to my old address.

I prefer to speak to customer services
I spoke to a gentleman after I got home after a 12 day stay in hospital. I got home to find a letter about a declined payment.
He was extremely helpful and arranged to take the payment and get my account back on track. He was pleasant and courteous. It was only after finishing my call that I realised I had to get a new card after losing it and some of the details had changed and that was why payment had been declined.
