Good Experience
After an argument with a pothole my wheel buckled and the repair just didn't fix it. I called wheelbase after getting flustered with the damage the pothole had done to see if they could help and they did. My car now doesn't shake and new wheel matches the others. Professional polite responsive service and easy to work with. When I need a set I will order from here again. Keep up the good work!!

Great Products but need honest delivery times
So I ordered a set of mam rs4 alloy wheels with tyres and tpms sensors fitted. These wheels were marked on the site as in stock. However upon ordering I found that these wheels were not in stock and they took nearly 4 weeks to be delivered.
The company should state on their site if the wheels ordered are not in stock and need to be ordered from Europe as mine had to be.
In any case the wheels arrived yesterday in perfect condition, tyres and tpms sensors all perfect. As its been pouring rain I haven't fitted them yet but will update if any problems are encountered.
So to sum up, good company, good prices, good customer service. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the delivery time. The products are perfect so why not just indicate on the site whether the wheels are available in 2 to 3 days or they have to be ordered in and will take a wee while longer. This prevents customer frustration and bad reviews because the products are perfect.

Dear Customer,
I'm really sorry about the delays with your order and the frustration this has caused. I understand how disappointing it must be, especially when the wheels and tyres were showing as in stock and you've already agreed to an alternative tyre option.
It's particularly disappointing to hear this is your second order with us and that the experience has left you unsure about ordering from us again. We appreciate your continued support and I'm sorry we've let you down this time.
Please email me directly at Russell.Daniel@Wheelbasealloys.com with your order details, and I'll personally look into what's happened and see how we can get this resolved.
