Wheelbase for the Win
Great company, initial issues with the alloys I ordered due to being damaged at the suppliers, wheelbase customer service was straight on the case and gave me options of replacement alloys, which was selected and quickly rectified, although the alloys wasn’t delivered in the initial time frame From first point of order, customer service went above and beyond and kept me updated all the way, and all I will say is when they did arrive, which I must say was in perfect packaging, they did not dissapoint! I will recommending wheelbase to my family and friends, not enough stars to give!!! Will be a returning customer many thanks guys they look amazing on the car

have ordered alloys with some bolts and…
have ordered alloys with some bolts and locking nuts. has came through and went to the tyre shop and tried to get them changed and we realised they sent the wrong bolts. was told by aaron hirst it is the customers and the tyre shops fault fir not checking and their responsibility. how ridiculous that as a company you dont take any ownership and accountability and you put fault in other than yourself when you yourself sent these bolts. i asked whether they can do anything for me and they sent out some bolts in which i waited and turns out they sent me a set bolts for one alloy. how great. worst ever service ive received from any company ever.

Dear man utd,
I'm really sorry about your experience. I can understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive at the tyre shop ready to have your wheels fitted, only to find the bolts were incorrect, and then have further problems with the replacement set.
I'm also sorry that you felt the responsibility was being passed back to you rather than us taking ownership of the issue. That's not how we want our customers to feel, and I appreciate why this has left you disappointed with our service.
I'd like to look into this personally and get a clearer understanding of what happened, including the replacement bolts that were sent out. Please contact me directly at Russell.Daniel@Wheelbasealloys.com with your order number so I can investigate this with the team and see what we can do to put things right.
I'm sorry again for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.
Kind regards,
Russell Daniel
