I've ordered alloy wheels seven days ago and received an email from them that my order it's been a process and it will be a 1-2 days from now (email) to be delivered.
Then another email.. my order will be dispatched when it will be processed..
Still have no email, no info, no contact..I bit worried 😟
I'm very disappointed and concerned if I'll receive what I've been paid for.

Got my new wheels Tuesday look great…
Got my new wheels Tuesday look great unfortunately went to get them fitted today and they have sent the wrong spigot rings nearly 1cm too big for my wheel hub, sent a email got no reply so I’ve at purchase them myself seems like this company just simply don’t reply to emails at all shocking.
UPDATE
I have received a good response from the customer service team who were apologetic in sending the wrong spigot rings and are sending me some replacements. So I’ve added an extra star for the willingness to help.

My experience is on par with the…
My experience is on par with the previous review. My wife’s wheels and tyres were shown in stock and going from the time we ordered, they should have arrived earlier this week but yet nothing.
The original tyres we ordered were apparently not in stock so they offered an alternative of which we accepted. We were then told they should arrive mid this week but it’s Friday and still nothing.
This is the second set of wheels we have ordered from this company and I’m not confident I’ll be returning for future purchases once the wheels finally arrive.
Such a shame.

Primary Delivery Issue, now rectified ⭐️
I ordered alloys and tyres on the 24th Sep. I still don't have my alloys or no sign of them coming, despite calling them on Friday last week 2nd October to enquire as to whats taking so long. My Dad also ordered wheels on the 25th of Sep at my recommendation, he chose wheels "in stock" only to find that once he parted with £2k also that he'd have to wait a month for them to be made in Europe and shipped to the UK.
Both me and my Dad are considering retracting our cash orders and going elsewhere.
***UPDATE***
After talking to one of the gents at Wheelbase via email, we were given very detailed information about the issues with our respective orders. Daniel R, went out of his way to assist and offered a good will gesture to make up for the inconvenience.
With this, I've changed my 1 🌟 review to a 4 🌟 to reflect the professional approach taken by Daniel, the last person I talked to, that actually resolved our concerns.

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying something online.
Never in my life have I written a review but I feel that other people should know what they are in for when dealing with them
Could not have had a worse experience with these guys all the way up until the end they have messed me around
ordered wheels for a specific time slot that I would be home had even booked the time off, was rang back and told that wasn’t the right price days after said delivery time and that they were nearly double for my size despite saying differently on the website with “best fitting supplied” on the description
after changing the wheels to ones in my budget I was told they would be put on order and I would be contacted back, after ringing back more than a few days later was told that the wheels weren’t ordered and that they’ve sorted it this time which went onto have further problems
few days later get a text through saying the wheels aren’t available and wouldn’t be coming after already going through this once, rang back and was told this was a mistake Again and that they would ring me when they had shipped over from another country as they had apparently missed 3 pallets non of which was passed on to me until I had called them again…
They had agreed over the phone that they would ring me when the wheels arrived so I could come and collect them as I might not be in, I have had a shipping confirmation today with no phone call to agree a date of arrival keep in mind we agreed on the phone that I would collect them
I have had to chase and chase to get anywhere with 0 support absolutely useless employees and the worst customer service I have ever experienced full stop. I won’t be touching this website again and will definitely be sending people elsewhere awful customer service
