Exemplary customer service
my 5 stars was well earned by the team I placed an Order which took quite a bit longer than average to receive from one of their European suppliers , this unfortunately resulted in the rims I wanted were not available , after speaking to the customer service team I was offered a list of replacements that would be available straight away.
none of which i liked , I did find another set on the website which was a fair bit more expensive and they happily upgraded my order to these free of charge .
the ordered finally arrived with a slight issue with one of the centre logo caps on one wheel slightly off , again the issue was resolved straight away and free of charge
all round the customer service was top tier they went above and beyond to make my order issues right ..
the website is so easy to use plus the range of stock is exceptional . I highly recommend them .

Amazing wheels cannot say how happy I…
Amazing wheels cannot say how happy I am with them. They’re stunning to look at and catch so much attention from my Neighbours. Some are so jealous one neighbour has said they are going to purchase some for their car I’ve given them the details from where I got mine from. My BMW 5 series f11 looks amazing with the wheels. And the delivery service was the fastest I’ve experienced with a big delivery. two days delivery. And the customer service was outstanding messaging me and emailing me as soon as I ordered confirming the details of my vehicle were correct as soon as I replied with my details being correct they had started the delivery process that only took two days from order to be delivered. Excellent service, thank you to your Company for your excellence.
