Was a great experience using wickes guildford. I went in for soil and the young man that served me was very helpful.

We always receive an excellent service from the staff at Wickes Guildford.
Michelle in particular , is always on hand to help with any of our requirements be it purchasing or any queries than need attention .
An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

I had a great experience at the Guildford store, very friendly and helpful, Andy and the store manager helped me locate the correct product required, and made the whole experience easy.

Just been into the Guildford Wicks store with a query about a refund on some kitchen side panels which I couldn’t find the receipt for..
Leona very helpfully passed my query on to her manager Michelle who sorted it out swiftly and even came out to my car and carried the panels in for me and made the refund.
Great and friendly service and I would highly recommend .

Fast, efficient and helpful. I have used click and collect on a number of occasions. I was helped to load the car by a wickes member of staff, most recently by Adam.

Received exceptional customer service from Harrison and his manager when purchasing 20 bags x 20 kgs of slate chippings. They went above and beyond to exceed expectations which was very refreshing in this day and age.

Quite simply, the great customer service I received in searching for the product I was looking for. Michelle was exceptional and I’m so grateful to her.

We were ordering a shower door for our new bathroom, it is very difficult to tell whether a support bar is needed from the website so we went into store to double check. We were assured the panels we were buying came with a support bar so we ordered to arrive for the last few days of our build to complete the bathroom.
Order arrives, no support bar. Fine, mistakes can be made, we rang the store and they investigated and ordered a separate one for us when they realised their mistake. However it’s all been down hill from there, 2 weeks on and still no support bar, our builders have moved on to another project and we are left with a shower we can’t use. I chase frequently and every time am told I’ll be called back with an update, only for no one to ever ring. Really disappointed in the customer service and the amount of time it’s taken to rectify a mistake of your own staff.
