Quick installation and good response time from customer service but multiple parts have failed and the 2 year workmanship guarantee does not cover much and they will state that it was damaged by yourself, parts are only covered for a year and this is poorly communicated during booking. Part of the reason i went to wickes and paid their premium price was for the extended guarantee but this ended up being a bad and expensive choice and did not cover much at all.

I used to use Wickes all the time for trade orders. Ordered 6 bags of type one on line 16/6. Failed to deliver Saturday 18/6. I had to call them Monday 19/6. Told would be delivered Wednesday 22/6. Then local store (Epsom) rang Tuesday 21/6 to say would be Thursday 23/6. Received text message Thursday am to say would be delivered between 10 - 4pm. Stayed in all day. No sign 5pm. Call store. “Has not been loaded yet.” “Delivery driver on way back’. He is third party company and will deliver in order he choses. Is down for today but can’t say when will be delivered…. Currently holding on for online Customer Services - the third 30 minute wait. Draw your own conclusions. Needless to say, I have to reorder in mini digger and driver - another £250. Was to create hard standing for another delivery now on hold. Next time will use Selco.

Had a very lengthy design consultation and covered all items needed. Very thorough. Karen was very good and helpful.

22nd July Scarlet helped me with mixer paint. There was a problem getting the right shade to match my tester pot but Scarlet pulled out all the stops and got me what I wanted. She was very friendly and patient and a credit to wickes. Thank you Scarlet.

i have had several dealings with Wickes Halesowen, both in store and deliveries and every experience has been excellent with all staff i have encountered going the extra mile with their customer service, i’m so impressed!

Dundee store is great for all sorts building materials, 10% discount for trade is good, Always a happy face from Caitlin and staff on the tills, even at 7AM

I was served by Pinny, at the checkout, she was absolutely brilliant very friendly, help me open a trade account and also got 10% off my purchases, defiantly would recommend wicks in perry barr staff are brilliant and prices are decent and with the discount prices are so much more better, 5 star service

⚠️ Very disappointed with my experience.
My panels were delivered today and, out of the 12 panels ordered, 8 arrived damaged. Some were damaged at the top, while others had damage around the edges. I have photos showing the condition they arrived in.
The panels were not even properly protected or wrapped in polythene, which is disappointing considering they are being delivered as a finished product. I have also found that they are not tongue-and-groove for joining, which was not what I expected.
I have already paid for a joiner to install the panels, so this has now caused unnecessary inconvenience and delays. I am hoping the company resolves this quickly, but based on the condition in which the panels arrived, I would advise anyone considering ordering to be very cautious and check the reviews carefully.

From planning stage through to completion I received a professional friendly approach when working with the staff at Wickes Stockton. A special shout out to David who sorted the kitchen and utility design and making sure every item was on the order. After fitting the kitchen I needed a couple of additional items not on the original order, again David went above and beyond in sorting these items. Thank you!

I would also like to give a big shout out to the two delivery lads who done a tremendous job taking care with the items on delivery day. It was a larger than average delivery.

So really happy with the service and very happy with the quality of the kitchen and utility items from Wickes.

Waiting nearly 3 weeks for handles that were left on the van.So sat in a half finished kitchen that was supposed to be completed last week. The problem I've found is you can't get passed 'customer service' even complaints seem to be 'dealt by' them, I've asked to speak to a manager even emailed asking to speak to a manager but 'customer service ' is in charge of this as well so guess whose not going to be allowed.It is a really weird set up.

Staff member, Ned, was more then helpful today at Wickes Macclesfield branch. Saw me struggling and came unprompted to help. All staff were polite but Ned's attitude raised customer service to another level. Thank you Ned
