Harassment isn't the word 27 calls in 5 days obviously trying to cold call sale if I wanted a car and ya bombarded me with 27 calls in 5 days your the last company I would use get a grip

Had an appointment with them at 12. Drove all the way there I waited then told that Luke was stuck in traffic! And he would ring me I have rang 3 times and they say the same thing 1. He's just step out 2. He will ring asp
3. He didn't I won't be using there services very unreliable and I waisted fuel! The inside of the office is dirty there is no prices on the cars !!!!! That says a lot. Think twice before going there when I asked how do you do financing the guy said he don't deal with it he doesn't know sure he doesn't please be aware after seeing no prices on the cars it put me off I have never seen that before!

Service given by Luke was professional, unfortunately the car I was encouraged to ch ose was on re-call.

Changed my mind and decided not to proceed to avoid hastle with re-call and repairs etc as not much other choices for me given my credit rating and budget.

I contacted Withnell Car Sales online and then went in to have a chat in person. From the start they were really helpful, friendly and not at all pushy, which made the whole experience very comfortable.

Luke talked me through each step of the process clearly and made sure I understood everything. They also helped with my old car through part exchange, which made things much easier.

Communication was great throughout and I always felt well looked after. I’m really happy with my new car and would definitely recommend Withnell Car Sales to others. Thanks again to Luke for all the help!

These guys are helpful in finding the right budget monthly payments for you. Especially if you have a bad credit.
We returned to buy our 2nd car of these guys and had a great deal in the 2nd car, even tho I was apprehensive in getting another car as my old one lasted me 6 years lol but it needed to go. (Upgrade)
We had a couple of issues when brought the 2nd car but was quickly delt with Christine. And now back on the road. So dont let that put you off from buying from here.
Josh delt with us both times in purchasing the cars. We will 100% go back when it's time to upgrade again.
