I paid £190 for two sheets of wood, one of which should have had rounded corners. Instead, when I opened the packaging, both sheets had frayed ends, giving the impression of poor finishing, and the 25 mm sheet didn't have the rounded corners I'd paid for.

At this price point, basic attention to detail shouldn't be optional. The finish simply wasn't what I'd expect from a company marketing premium cut sheets.

Very disappointing, especially given the cost. I expected quality and received something that felt rushed instead. I won't be buying from them again and neither should you.

I ordered shelving that was due to be ready for collection, but when problems arose the communication was poor from start to finish.

I spoke to customer services on the morning the order was due to be ready. I was told the issue would be investigated and that I would receive an email update. No update ever arrived. When I called back later that afternoon, the representative appeared to have no knowledge of my earlier call, suggesting that no investigation had taken place at all.

To make matters worse, I was then told over the phone that my refund would be approved and processed. However, the follow-up email stated that the refund merely had to be "investigated" by the accounts team and could even be declined, with a decision taking up to 14 working days. This was completely different to what I had been told and left me with very little confidence in the company's internal communication or customer service.

Customers should not have to chase for updates, repeat themselves, or receive conflicting information about something as straightforward as a refund.

Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

Well I ordered my wood on the 10 July it was delivered
27 July no communication from the company to me whatsoever 3 times I called them to see were my order was told it will be there the following Tuesday finally received on the 27 July not very reliable I’m afraid

I am writing to express my disappointment that I have been unable to get in touch regarding an issue with my recent order.

To date, I have contacted you three times via email and your online contact form, and I have also called your customer service number twice. Unfortunately, my emails have gone unanswered, and the phone line simply rings out each time.

I would appreciate it if someone could contact me as soon as possible regarding the following issue.

I ordered two plywood discs, and the 500mm disc has a defects on both. As I purchased this to use as the top of a coffee table, the defect makes it unsuitable for its intended purpose.

Avoid this company at all costs, they are awful to deal with, barely even answer the phone and when they do they can't update me on a very late delivery. Paid £30 for express delivery, over a week late and still nothing. Asked for a refund and they can't do that either as it hasn't been 30 days. Not sure I've dealt with a worse company

This company really messed me around I ordered only one plank of wood on the 8th of July and paid £30 for express delivery to receive it two days later as I needed it for a sign above my shop . I received it yesterday which was the 20th July ! I called the company three times but nobody could help or tell me where my order was, I will never use this company again.

Wish I had checked the reviews on this company…. I’ve been told a different delivery time 4 times now. Paid for express delivery. First it hadn’t been cut, then it hadn’t been edged, now it hasn’t been sprayed.. meanwhile I’m waiting for the delivery and cancelling other commitments to receive it. Wish I had just avoid this….

Required a pair of custom cupboard doors for our new bathroom. They had the best price for a pair, posted. I didn’t actually look at reviews and I’m glad I didn’t. I did have to ask where they were after just over two weeks but they shipped the next day and arrived in perfect condition.

Went for a gloss grey cupboard door. Beyond the width and length being backwards on the online builder, it was easy to use. I phoned up to check gap allowances and hinge placement and they were super helpful on the phone.
Peeled all the wrap off and fitted. Very happy!

96 hours, no response from any of the calls or emails I've made (and counting). This company is abysmal to deal with. Avoid.

I ordered oak veneered shelves 10 number 7 were correct three were veneared the opposite direction.
I have waited weeks for replacement complete lack of communication.My contact when I ordered was Ian who said to me me when I phoned and asked him when my order was coming he sounded surprised and said he would refund my express delivery cost which I still have not received I am still waiting for my three replacement shelves

Heard nothing since ordering. Paid for express delivery too. I believe this company to be a scam based on other customer reviews. I doubt they exist apart from to take your money and hide? They took my money, not replied to any contact attempts by myself. I have reported them to Lloyds bank, hopefully I will be refunded as I paid by credit card? I have also reported to Police Action Fraud.

Scam company charges £40 for a sample stay away

Well paid for express delivery no sign of it and trying to get an email reply or call answered is horrendous.

Asked to cancel and get a full refund they said it failed quality control and was getting re-made and sending out ASAP then 20 days later they appear only to be utter stinking quality and cant use due to corner all burst and edging damaged and face all scratched and clear signs packaged without been cleaned from cutting utter shambles.

And again cant get hold of them via email or call have sent over multiple pictures for evidance and nothing in hiding they should be shut down.

Avoid at all costs shocking quality and even worse on reponding to issues phone always says currently away from desk at the moment will get back to you must be stuck in the toilet or something utter terrible avoid.

This is the same company as PlasticSheets.com i noticed. Same contact information and equally poor reviews.

No issues - perfectly sized replacement shelf delivered in good time.

The fence panels were delivered promptly and when they said they would. The panels were a good price, however I have noticed recently that the wood on 2 of the panels has started to distort and curl up showing a small area you can see through.

Ordered a piece of MDF for a floating shelf. Perfectly sized and primed and reasonable price.

A very simple ordering process, just select the material required from a wide range on offer and input the dimensions you want it cut to. I did just this and very quickly received a piece of high quality plywood cut exactly to my requirements. It had been carefully packed to prevent any damage in transit and was very reasonably priced. I particularly like being able to get only the size you want, rather than a sheet to cut out the piece you actually want. No waste and a more accurate end result than most people are capable of achieving. I highly recommend this company.

I only needed a few smallish sections but I needed them exact size and straight. Website was easy to follow and wood was cut perfectly.
