Wren Kitchens Reviews 

We have purchased a full kitchen from them at almost 6k. We had a scheduled appointment to design the kitchen and then we had to wait for a professional engineer to confirm the design measurement otherwise we would not be able to proceed with the order. Well, the measurements were wrong and did not count the light switch so the installer had to short out a corner piece resulting on a disaster. The kitchen is no longer aligned and it looks odd. Wren didn't want to reimburse anything as we were supposed to check if their professional engineer was taking proper measurements.... Like paying a private doctor and then ask the GP if the other one did alright. And by the way, the quality is low, much lover than expected.

I ordered fitted wardrobes from Wren, the design part was flawless , the aftercare was shocking. The installer didn't turn up on the day he was supposed to & there was no communication from him, even after chasing him & Wren numerous times to find out what was happening. Each time called Wren they just kept telling me I should try contacting him as they couldn't get a hold of him either & they didn't seem to know where he was, surely they must know where their installers are!! The installer turned up 3 days later, no apology or explanation from him or Wren, & when I complained to Wren they weren't interested at all. Not the service I'd expect after paying thousands for the wardrobes, appalling after sales service, stay well clear!!

Wren are very happy to sell you a kitchen but extremely unhelpful when issues occur. Customer service is useless especially when appliances are faulty even when delivered from new.

He solidified my decision to entrust Wren Kitchens with my house renovations. I have recommended Wren Kitchens to my friends and family as I know that M McCarthy had excellent customer service and was very professional. My son ordered a kitchen from wren Croydon Brach on the 6th June. They sent a fitter who forgot to send a quote, the store assistant was on holiday then her colleague so no one dealt with it. My son contacted their customer service team last week to ask when he could finally get his kitchen fitted, was promised a call back last Wednesday which never materialised, at this point he is no nearer getting his kitchen fitted and no one at Wren seems interested in helping to get this sorted out. Awful customer service.maybe this poor review will spur them into action!!

My kitchen installation started on 8th June 2026 and to date (15th August) it is still not finished. Multiple items are damaged and doors and handles completely missing. Despite numerous emails and complaints I have had no acknowledgement from Wren or a time line to finish to an acceptable standard. Not what you expect when paying over £20k for a kitchen. Left with no choice but to issue court proceedings
