Well mannered and knowledgeable

Highly recommended Wren! They were Excellent !!! A huge thanks to Beth and Rob who were brilliant throughout the whole process. We started the journey with Beth at Wren, High Wycombe and together we created our dream kitchen. The pre fit process was smooth and nothing was too much trouble. Beth recommended a fitter (Rob) who did an excellent job (clean and methodical) and came up with further ideas and solutions to all our problem areas. We’ve not experienced a smooth process like this before and we have had a lot of work done. The final kitchen is 100% as we expected.

The gentleman David Tebbs who came to measure our bedroom was lovely. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. He was able to answer all our queries and completely put me at ease.

Jordan arrived on time. He explained as he went along the different measurements he was taking. He was pleasant, polite and respectful. A good experience and dserving of the 5 star rating.

Had some rooms measured by Ciaran Martin, he was on time and polite

Wren kept us up-to-date via text regarding our surveyor (Roy Bartley) who arrived on time. He was very personable and professional introducing himself with clear ID. He was very respectful of our home and took care working round the room, while measuring for a replacement fitted kitchen. He was very knowledgeable and asked/answered relevant questions. He left within the time frame advised and we were very pleased on how the survey was conducted. We did not feel under any pressure or sales drive should we not wish to proceed any further with Wren.

The gentleman who came to measure the kitchen was professional, knowledgeable and polite

Andrew came this morning to measure up.
He was bang on time, had time for a chat, was very friendly and polite and even gave us some info/advice on moving the stop tap to other walls and making the most of the design phase in the showroom.
He showed us on the laptop our layout and took pictures from myself on our vision for the kitchen which he was impressed that we had taken time and effort to give the designers a reference point to start with.
He told us that the VR part of the design can be changed in real time and you can open doors and cupboards to see the layouts which will be awesome to see.
Overall if the rest of the experience with Wren is as good as our 30/40 mins with Andrew we certainly will be happy customers.
