Timothy was a lovely bloke and he was excellent and very efficient, would highly recommend him and using wren kitchens

Gave one star as not possible to give less. Initially in the showroom everything was great. That changed the moment delivery took place. Damaged units, damaged doors just the start. Ordering replacements was easy as wren appointed installer did this. Unfortunately the installer was not up to the job. Units installed incorrectly, a temporary sink unit that drained directly into our new dishwasher which then had to be replaced. Damaged to doors when fitting previously damaged side panels. Doors not aligned, sealant not done. Work tops that didn't fit. Wren simply could not have cared less. Six weeks later we are still waiting for the kitchen to be completed. Wrens installation manager totally uncontactable, never answers phone or respond to voicemails. Takes the easy way of just emailing. We are now up to our seventh delivery of replacement parts with one more to come (hopefully the last one). Have requested change of installer but told it would delay things further. Terrible service.

Lee Albrow came to measure for our kitchen. Called before arrival and was on time. Very friendly, thorough and efficient.
Came to remeasure after building work was done to make sure all measurements were correct before finalising

We had WREN design and fit the kitchen, which was all fine. However, we would advise anyone else to be clear on the warranty as although fitted kitchens carry a 5 year warranty, our worktops were only for 2. We had a problem with the join of two worktops after 2 &1/2 years- outside of warranty. It has left a damaged surface between 2 joins, which we wished we’d spotted and raised with WREN earlier.

Efficient and orderly delivery. Checked where everything should go and left space to use the old kitchen until fitting takes place. Good job.

The customer advisor was very attentive, snd understood my needs. She explained everything clearly, and arranged for my replacement parts to be despatched shortly.
I was very happy with the result of my conversation.

T Moyo was absolutely brilliant when he came out from Wren to measure my kitchen. He was friendly, professional and very helpful from start to finish. He took his time to make sure everything was measured accurately and explained everything clearly.

The engineer who came to measure up my bedroom was on time , friendly and very helpful. Couldn't fault him ,excellent

Michael McCarthy came out to remeasure our kitchen with Wren- he was a delight to have around. Super polite, sociable and respectful of our home/belongings that he needed to move to measure.

He advised on a few measurements and pre-planning / preparation work that wasn’t required or would help the installation to smooth.

Review for Wrens – Leeds Crown Point. WARNING DO NOT USE THEM!

This branch delivers the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

The moment anything goes wrong, the staff completely shut down. They don’t help, they don’t listen, they don’t care — they just ignore you like you’re wasting their time.They also make false promises just to get rid of you. They say they’ll sort things, they say they’ll call back, they say they’ll fix the issue — and then they do nothing. It’s pure lip service with zero action behind it.The attitude I dealt with was shockingly rude, dismissive, and totally unprofessional. Honestly, how Wren even employs staff like this is beyond me. It feels like they’ve hired people who actively avoid doing their job and treat customers with contempt.This wasn’t a minor inconvenience — it was an absolute train wreck of customer service from start to finish. I will never use Wrens again, and I strongly warn anyone thinking of going to this branch: don’t bother unless you enjoy being lied to and disrespected.

O Firouzia measured up my kitchen today, his communication prior to his arrival was fantastic and he kept up to date on his arrival time. When he arrived he was very friendly and took me through the whole process and was tidy and efficient when he measured. Excellent service overall

Micheal was very friendly and professional, left booklets for us to look at the kitchens and bedrooms and left a leaflet which shows all the current offers.
