We had a surveyor from Wren kitchens…
We had a surveyor from Wren kitchens today. His name was A Simpson. He arrived on time and was very polite and friendly. We explained what our ultimate goal was regarding wall removal and opening up the kitchen into dining room and utility area.
He measured up everything and explained that the measurements would go to the kitchen designer along with some photos. This would give the designer the chance to come up with a few ideas before our meeting.
He explained about the fitting if we wanted it, that the fitters would make sure we had water and power when they left so we could cook in the evening.
All in all a very helpful and pleasant experience

Our first experience with Wren was a very good one. The kitchen designer was very polite and professional. Paul Dyche explained everything he was going to do and also explained the process for visiting the store.

Excelent service. We would also like to mention friendly staff. Feed back for you with regard to bedroom fitting compared to Kitchen. Electrical sockets on bedrooms need to be hilighted as not always apparent compared to kitchens.

Read the small print before you sign
Read the small print before you sign. We have water damaged through poorly fitted sealant on the work surface upstand at the back. Apparently this is not covered after 6 months has passed, conveniently. Wren suggests contacting the fitter who was chosen by them. We have no idea who he was or where he is based.
So the upshot is we have to pay someone to come out and fix the problem. As far as I am concerned this is shoddy performance by Wren.

Over time, sealant can naturally deteriorate due to exposure to water, regular cleaning, and everyday use. To help maintain a watertight seal, it is generally recommended that sealant around sinks, worktops, upstands, and other high-use or wet areas is inspected and reapplied as part of the general upkeep of your kitchen and property, typically every 3–5 years, depending on usage and conditions.
