The colleague of Wren kitchens S Wright, was polite, efficient and turned up early to rhe appointment, which is always a bonus for me. He was quick. But thorough was measuring me up for a new kitchen

Good service but poor quality.
Laminates have started peeling and warping after 5 years. As time passing panels, drawers peeling cracking. Will need a new kitchen after 7 years.

Eric was brilliant this morning, so nice and friendly, explained the whole process to me and what to expect, great experience. Took less time than I expected, and didn’t mind all my questions. Eric is an asset to the company!

Andrew Moss communicated very well before his arrival. He was on time and was very reassuring that our needs could be met. Our kitchen will need some building work and we were worried about this but he assured us that the problem could be overcome. He booked us a design appointment and we are looking forward to that very much. I am relieved after his visit and the required work feels much less daunting. Thank you.

The surveyor that came for my measurement appointment was S.Wright. He arrived on time and got straight to work, he conducted himself professionally. He informed me of what he was doing and asked questions where he needed clarity. It was a good experience overall.

We ordered three large wardrobes and two bedside tables spending a significant amount of money. They were delivered by wren and then a separate person whom they arranged to fit them, opening the boxes to find all three are damaged, one wardrobe damaged to the point it can’t be installed. The others have been installed but will need parts replacing. Both bedside tables damaged. The fitter has been brilliant and ordered all replacements but can’t confirm when they will be arriving, delaying our bedrooms and potentially our carpets being fitted next week. I rang the store to complain and the girl laughed and said oh yes delivery men what a nightmare. I don’t think it’s funny after spending thousands that we should just accept damaged goods with missing parts and then our installation to be delayed. I have not been offered anything to compensate us or any apology. I said well can I make a complaint and I was told to ring customer services. Very poor.

Very straightforward experience - D Bradbury came in, did his measurements without any bother, explained the process / what's to follow and pleasantly said goodbye
