Very disappointing experience with Wren. When I designed the wardrobe, I specifically asked for handles, but they were removed from the order. I was told my sister had asked for them to be removed, which is not true.

The original price was around £2,400, but when I went back, the price had increased to around £2,600. I was told that some things had been forgotten from the original quote, but this was never properly explained to me.

I was also told finance was available, but when I tried to arrange it, I was then told I couldn’t use finance and was left having to pay the full amount myself. The whole process was very stressful and poorly handled.

Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. When the wardrobe arrived, some parts were damaged, and I had ordered white gloss, but I received grey matt instead.

For the amount of money I paid, I expected much better service, communication and attention to detail. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not what I expected from Wren.

Martin in the Abingdon show room was brilliant in designing our bedrooms and was extremely patient. His unique approach was lovely.

After the bedrooms were finished we had a significant amount of waste. Georgia from customer services was exceptional at resolving this.

Where some items were damaged or missing from our order it was easy to get replacements. The delivery guys were very careful with our walls and placing the delivery in the house.

Overall a great service and I would recommend. Mistakes/issues are bound to happen but everyone I spoke with was brilliant in resolving these efficiently.

Mr Willmott visited us today.Arrived on time, undertook a comprehensive review and measurements. Very professional, courteous, efficient and trustworthy.

The advisor was very helpful, friendly and professional. She was able to assist me and my kitchen fitter with our query. Excellent service.

Wren customer service excellent. All enquiries and issues handled swiftly by ZOE. Kept informed at all stages throughout. Follow ups by ZOE performed regularly. Very efficient and polite. Shining example of how customer service should be. Thank you ZOE .

The issues around delivery and packaging have been sorted. The experience from start to finish has been great.

Whatever you do please DO NOT buy a kitchen from Wren. The customer service when you're a potential customer is fantastic but any problems after that are simply ignored. The plans issued were completely innacurate & did not match the units supplied. Wren take at least a week to reply to each complaint email & everytime a different person responds. We are 8 weeks into the complaint process & still no further along. They refuse to send someone out to assess & appear to have no interest in resolving our issue.

Kay, was extremely helpful and understood the problem and sorted it out for me immediately. He was polite and friendly over the phone and I'm grateful for his assistance today.

Mr G Pearson undertook my home surveyor today - excellent Surveyor Service.

From start to finish, Gary was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He also communicated really well and made the whole process feel straightforward. Gary is an absolute credit to Wren - professional, polite and efficient.

I should also add that the Wren employee Ujwal that I met in the showroom was also incredibly good at his job knowledgeable and genuinely interested in understanding what I wanted and provided a great service, communicated brilliantly and was really helpful. He also organised today’s visit efficiently, and his email communications to date have been informative and professional.

Really grateful to Bailey for sorting our non standard request. He was patient and took time to understand the problem and found a resolution for us. Thank you
