Quality was a bit hazy, always sounded like one was in a echo chamber. Noticed the difference in voice quality when used vodafone on the same phone.
Also not upfront about details- got the one year plan and informed when trying to opt out that it was a compulsory 2 year contract. I'll pay but make a complaint to consumer protection and strongly recommend you try the traditional networks as about same price, much better quality and at least you get a contract with the terms.

Shabby all round. No details of how to manage my account. Massive echo on all calls where both parties on a call can hear a 1 second delayed echo. BUT on the plus side it’s made me realise I don’t need a landline. So it will be goodbye as soon as the contract is finished.

Due to difficulties with the base Uzair was extremely patient. It took quite a time to resolve the issue which culminating in the provision of a new base but Uzair resolve all the issues and with great expertise. Thank you

The goods arrived well in advance of the fibre installation. My contact Maryam had sent me instructions on how to connect everything up. It was very straight forward. It went live at the appointed time and has worked flawlessly ever since. I am impressed with Xilinx.

Xinix were very helpful and supportive during the installation of the telephone system, which proved more straightforward than I imagined. Since then they have called me on a number of occasions to see if I have had any problems, which I haven't. Compared to what I was paying previously I think this package is far better priced.
