I requested having successfully ported over my old landline number I requested that the temporary number be disconnected. This was action by Uzair very promptly keeping me fully informed.

Hounded by multiple spam emails a week. All of the same email with no unsubscribe button.

I moved from sky to virgin and unfortunately i didn’t swap my number over with virgin and wanted to go with Xinix as theyr much cheaper just for the land line. Mid way through they couldn’t get my number which has been in the family for almost 50years. Sky,Bt,virgin no one could port my number back. Momina and Hassan were my agents and tired the best and finally got my number back and on.
Can’t believe the big corporates couldn’t help me but these guys were fantastic and did the impossible.

Had an issue with the phones connectivity recently, and Uzair and Ali was incredibly helpful in resolving it. They are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to Uzair for his support !!Highly recommended..

I requested a VOIP from Xinix to take over my landline from EE/BT two days after I switched to FTP. An ATA arrived in advance to support my set of panasonic phones, and it all went incredibly smoothly and on time. The audio clarity is excellent. Maryam was particularly pleasant and helpful.

I dealt with Maryam from Xinix, she responded very quickly to my email request, she gave the right advice and was very polite. Excellent service provided and will recommend to others who intend to use them.

Recently signed up to XINIX. From the initial phone call to making the phone line connections at my 90 year old mothers house the experience has been wonderful. Everyone at XINIX has been courteous and professional. So pleased to have made the switch.

Helpful advice given to make an informed choice on the best package, quick delivery and set up. Really good customer service from our case handler Maryam.

I dealt with Maryam, Alishba and Uzair to sort out various initial issues \i had with my new landline connection. All of these were sorted out promptly and efficiently. Xinix provided excellent service and will recommend to others who intend to use them.

Mohsin was very helpful and solved my problem quickly and efficiently.

I had a few issues during the transfer but all were resolved quickly and efficiently.

Just changed over from Talk Talk for my gran as she now only needed a phone only service of which talk talk couldn't offer. Very fast switch over that was done within the hour in fact, after plugging in the new little box. Alishba replied to my on line contact requesting of a return phone call within 20 min, never had such quick response with a phone company before.
Alishba explained to gran and I everything we needed to know, putting gran at ease, very important for am 80 year old lady. We couldn't of been happier with the service.

OUR YEALINK BASE CORRUPTED DUE TO A LIGHTNING STIKE CLOSE BY. WE PURCHASED A NEW BASE AND IT WAS UZAIR WHO INSTALLED IT FOR US. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL AND WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE AND HELP WE WOULD HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A PHONE SERVICE. WE THANK HIM VERY MUCH FOR HIS TIME AND EFFORT.

Needed to switch to VOIP after our landline was cut off and the old provider couldn't (or wouldn't) reconnect! Contacted Xinix via chat and within an hour I had ordered VOIP porting my existing number over. Received the converter a few days later, plugged it in and on the transfer date everything worked exactly as planned.

Good price easy setup just check sim card placement inside 4g router and only 3gb data per month not told until after setup date
But does what we need replace copper line.

XINIX Phone line has some excellent features, saves us time and keeps are calls going even when we are not in the office. A lot cheaper than BT. Moving my number was easy and support was brilliant. A special thank you to Jalal who saw us through and guided us step by step.

Everything has been straightforward with switching over. No technical setup is needed, and someone is always available to talk to if you need help.
Maryam has been really helpful and checks in regularly to see how everything is going and if I need any changes made then these are done straight away.
