Moved our home phone line to Xinix. What a fantastic experience. A really easy process, and supported all the way by Maryam. Loads of check-ins and making sure we were happy. Unfortunately the line was connected to some poor lady at the other end of the country, but Xinix were on it and fixed the problem within 24hrs of me realising.

I have a VOIP with Xinix who have been really helpful in setting up the line. I upgraded to a couple of cordless handsets from Xinix which were delivered to me really quickly. I did not realise that there is quite a process to setting them and the new base station up. So I called the Xinix customer support and Uzair took the hassle out of the set up and did it all for me over the internet. He was very helpful and obviously knows his stuff. Thank you very much indeed!

I needed to help elderly relatives to have a landline. Xinix responded with a great package affordable! We had a reasonable amount of problems but the end of the phone support was exceptional! If anyone is experiencing problems please ask to speak with Azair! I cannot fault the quality of calls, the quality of expert knowledge and outstanding help A*** This is the way forward folks, so if you want great customer support help and advice at an excellent price..look at zinix

When I moved to a fibre connection for my families Internet service my provider was not able to offer a Voip service to replace our Landline. So after some searching and reading reviews decided to give Xinix a try. Their offer seemed to be a great combination of quality of service and competetive pricing. It was important to us that we kept our existing number and the porting in was taken care of by xinix in a very efficient manor and we were kept fully updated with the progress. My thanks to Uzair, Momina and Alishba for making this a smooth experience. I am fully confident that we will be using Xinix as our provider for some time.

I paid £163 on May 8th 2024 for a Top of the range service. Since then I have spent hours communicating with their technical department to try and get some kind of service. Most incoming mobile phone calls do not succeed. All outgoing calls succeed. Now they want me to BUY a VOIP phone "which solves 99% of these problems". Help please.

The solution doesn't work correctly call quality is poor initially seemed good but declined. Customers complained about the phone lines constantly. A number of customers complained calls weren't been picked up, unfortunately their system didn't log these missing calls and support had no solution to solve it that was viable. The management of xinix absolve themselves of responsibility and commercial accepting lack of service for their solution.

As a telecom company they have great networks. It is indeed a joy and pleasure working with them. They not only have excellent service but also very cooperative support team. As long as I have internet I can use all their services and that too at a very competitive price point. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family
