Scooter assembly was easy & amble lights worked!

Purchase arrived very quickly. It was a balance bike and is a present which hasn’t been given yet.

I bought some skates as a present and haven’t given them yet. But the box and packaging were neat and tidy and fast and efficient delivery. Free p&p too!

I ordered two go karts for my two boys, I cant review the goods because I never actually received them but that was no fault of the companies, sadly the courier let them down. The company themselves were very helpful, after two weeks of waiting I contacted them and they sent me another two out straight away but sadly the same thing happened again and they were never delivered. I contacted the company again and they gave me a full refund without any problems. Thank you for being so helpful its not your fault that the courier was rubbish and failed you twice.

Never recieved the item three different delivery attempts, also contacted and recieved nothing back had to raise a case with paypal. No birthday present for my child took a month to get funds back. Avoid!
No they did not resolve this as again the item never arrived.

A familiar story by the sounds of other customers. Placed an order - went missing with Evri - now being refunded without the offer of sending out another item. Absolutely shambolic customer services.

Steer clear.

I have to say they have really improved their customer service lately. I had an issue earlier in the year and it was frustrating because i had to return an item but i threw away the box but and it was a very big box. I spent a few month trying to find a box. I contacted customer service and told them my issue and they instantly solved it for me. excelling. Have to say the sell great products as well. My father in law used to buy from them 30 years ago and said they are excellent

Great service, fab price for the bike I bought for my Grandaughter - always try and buy direct rather than from a 3rc party, this definitely the right decision here, much better price than elsewhere. Delivery fantastic too, thank you

Bought a 12v electric motorbike for my grandson used it 4 times and it stopped working very poor quality,,no reply from customer service nothing ,wasted £200 avoid like the plague

I haven't received my item. I contacted you over 7 working days ago and have had no response. I am now having to go through my bank to get a refund l.

Sadly my order for my grandsons birthday present went missing with Evri and I opted for a refund which I’m struggling to get. I have telephoned to be told it’s the busy season and there are delays with refunding and I couldn’t speak to the finance department directly. I’ve spoken to my bank and they are on standby by to intervene if my refund is not received within fifteen days of the agreement to make a refund.

Box arrived damaged and opened, bike frame was scratched . Emailed company straight away never received a reply . Had to give it to my grandson as it was for his birthday .

Brilliant impressed we bought a defender electric car for our daughter delivery was next day as we paid for it. It arrived on time really good product actually surprised on how good it is.

Don’t tend to leave many reviews however after searching for a long time trying to find an electric scooter that’s not huge and bulky or too fast the enigma is the perfect scooter. Bought for my 7 year old autistic son who struggles with co ordination I can’t explain how perfect this scooter is for him. I wanted something he could still ride as a normal scooter so he can still get exercise however when he starts to get tired he is able to switch into electric mode to help him either up hills or along long paths when usually he would get fed up and upset and want to go home. This scooter has transformed school runs and trips to the shop we are able to walk further and go more places because it can be turned into electric mode as well as used as a normal scooter. Feel like this product needs to be marketed to the specialist needs market as it has truly truly been a life saver for us and would 1000% recommend.

It was a present purchased for my niece. The box inside wasn't in good condition at all and had marks all over as if been laid down in a puddle. The packing inside the box was all damaged and looked like it had already been open. Very poor specially as it was a gift and my niece opened this with all excitement in front of her the family. It was very embarrassing.
