I must give a glowing review for Ross Anderson at Yard Direct. His product knowledge was excellent, and after giving me several options found the right solution for me at the right price. Months down the line I discovered that the wrong kind of window blinds had been dispatched. Ross took ownership of the issue and got it resolved in great time. If I need any window products in the future, Yard Direct will be the first call I make.

Great customer service : when I realised I'd overordered, a quick phone call to YARD was able to cancel one item fromn being shipped, and to organise a pick up of one already delivered at a low restocking charge/ return freight.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. It took 4 days from order to delivery with emails informing at every step. The velum pole looks good. I hope it is sturdy enough.
