Tried to open a savings account online
Tried to open a savings account online, had a confirmation email but was unable to login online. Spent an interminable amount of time on the phone attempting to resolve the problem but gave up.

Mobile v Online
I liked the way that it was clear regarding the difference between online and mobile methods for managing my savings. All was clear in this respect unlike most of the banks who seem to insist on me using mobile rather than online methods. I ended up ditching them in frustration and settled for the YBS instead; it also has a decent interest rate and flexibility for mobility of my savings. Well done YBS

Terrible customer service. I have reported them to the FCA and FOS as they have effectivelly paid Trustpilot to Not Published my genuine experiences.

Round 2 of incompetence
Went through hell in May getting the app to work but does now
I made an official complaint due to the useless standard replies I got in May and they decided with two hours notice today to give me a phone call with a two hour waiting window
I am very busy today and no time to negotiate a call centre etc.
I leave a written message on the site which only stays open for a couple of minutes and logs me out, so have that interruption as well. Telling them not to call me
Guess what? I got another phone call and another standard message that says eff all useful. Ignoring everything I said
As soon as my accounts mature I am dumping this antiquated company
