This is my second time using Laura Ellis and she has been absolutely brilliant. Buying and selling a house is so stressful and Laura was always on top of everything. I had to change to Laura due to issues with the solicitor connected to my estate agent. I can't recommend and thank Laura enough.

After having a previous bad experience with this company we were contacted by Rebecca Thomson Head of customer services, Rebecca confirmed she would look into our complaint and she promptly done just that and had agreed we had not received the level of service we should have received, there was also a beautiful bouquet of flowers sent to my wife for the upset caused .Okay it never went as planned but hats off to a company who admits they made an error and apologised
