Smooth, professional remortgage- highly recommend
I recently used Your Conveyancer for the remortgage of my property in Ashford, Kent, and couldn't be happier with the service. Kamila Rostkowska handled the case brilliantly from start to finish- always responsive, clear in her communication, and quick to keep me updated at every stage. Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally, which made the whole process far less stressful than I expected. My advisor was helpful and polite, I had. Good experience overall apart from one occasion when Noah was not available I sent an email with a query, I was not happy with the response I received from another manager. It was dismissive and unhelpful. Other than that one person, all others were professional and helpful.
