Boiler service engineer did not turn up but I was compensated
We were due a boiler service but the Engineer didn’t turn up. This is the first time this has happened in three years. After asking for compensation they have given me a free months cover so I was happy with their response. The Engineers are usually on time. I may reconsider renewing my policy because of the £60 call out charge on top of the monthly fee.

Very pleased with Your Repair
Very pleased with Your Repair, have had them in place for 6 years since moving to our house. They've only raised prices once and kept it stable since then. They connect us with reliable local engineers, the annual servicing takes place every year with no issues. Easy to book, haven't had to use any other services as of yet but feel reassured that we're in good hands.
