A quick and efficient boiler service. Your repair reach out to me about booking as part of my plan without me having to chase it up and Thomas the engineer booked me.
Thomas was very professional and nice guy. Took his time to listen to my issues and any defects on the system, trying to resolve at the time and took a note for future repairs it required.

Quick and efficient repair to leaking cistern
After alerting YourRepair to our persistently leaking toilet cistern we were quickly contacted by Scott from their contractor Total Plumb who arranged to attend the following evening. Scott was here for about 30 minutes and quickly identified the problem as a defective washer which he replaced. No more leaks! Thanks YourRepair and Scott!

No service at all - except to take money and give nothing back
I took out a policy in January 2024 but even though I logged a repair, I got no repair, they did refund the £120 call out charge. They have never come to service the boiler and when I called them to cancel the policy they failed to do that. The charges continued and even self renewed.
I have called to cancel the contract and stopped my Direct Debit but now they are chasing me for payment and threatening further action and a £25 admin fee. They refuse to repay the fees I have paid for no service.
The final insult is they tell me that they have sent emails to me buut I have received none except the demands s for money. No notification that the fees were to double, no notice that they were continuing the liaison (it is neither a contract nor a service and I couldn't think of a better word)
My advice is do not get involved with these people, stick with the main/well known suppliers
